Jeremy always responds. As owner of the business, surely he could delegate the "small stuff", and he doesn't. When we have a problem, we can count on Jeremy to care, and get the job done.
Jeremy and his crew Lincoln and Mike were here promptly at 7am and spent all day until 4pm installing our new air conditioner and heating system. They were very professional and knowledgeable about their service. They also gave us a bid that was considerably less than other bids we received. Their office staff was also very helpful and professional. We would highly recommend this company. We have also used them in past years for maintenance and repairs on our heating and air units. They are top-notch!!
Mike T was amazing! The entire Top Rank team did an excellent job of installing my HVAC system and a whole house fan. It was fairly priced, the staff were professional and efficient and we got a great system that works well for our home. When our whole house fan started to 'act up', Top Rank sent someone out that day to fix it. When it became evident that the problem was a faulty remote (not their fault, just a bad part), Mike T diagnosed the problem and got it fixed quickly. He tested to ensure it was working properly and made sure we were happy with the service and resolution. Top Rank is my go-to for all things HVAC and specifically Mike T is the best technician.
Mike went above and beyond to get our A/C running and explaining evrything during the process. Top rank earned my business. Thank you for the great service you provided.
AMAZING!! My "Heatwave Hero" Jeremy saved the day!! Our AC went out yesterday evening and I reached out at 7am and he was able to come by and get the AC fixed +today, so that my family abd my fur babies could survive this heatwave Jeremy I can not thank you enough!!! Professional and Honest!
We are happy to report that our AC is blowing cold again. However we were surprised to find that we had more than one circuit breaker for the house. It’s my own fault, I should have known to look for another breaker. We paid 99 bucks to have them come out and another 140 to flip a switch. The whole visit took less than 30 mins. I was happy with the interaction with both the dispatcher and tech. The bill was a surprise. I’d use them again but maybe ask for a diagnosis before the repair.

I wish I could give a huge hug to this company!!!!! Wow!!!! I had a huge issue! After a failed thermostat install attempt, I was left with no air conditioning with small children in a 100 degree day! I was freaking out! After attempts to call anyone, I got a referral from Facebook to call them, and I was so so happy with how I was treated. Not only was the woman on the phone so kind and understanding, the technician, Dave, was just fantastic!!! Absolutely knowledgeable and fast at fixing the issue. I will always recommend these guys and I only wish I knew they existed sooner!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!! 😊😊😊
Very professional and took care of us ASAP. Pricing was reasonable especially for how quickly it was take care of. Needed a whole new AC system installed in the middle of a heat wave in July(2020). Thank you Top Rank!!! They followed COVID-19 protecals to be safe as well.
I have used them in the past and would recommend them. But this time around it was terrible. They said that they’ll be there between 12 and 3 and that they were running ahead of schedule. So when I had to pick up my daughter at two and left someone else to manage the repair, the HVAC person left in the middle of the job and did not call me to update or inform me of the cost. He just left. I don't remember his name, but He is short, skinny, white, and 30-50 yrs old. Even though they are cheaper, $49 vs. $79, it isn’t worth it when your a/c wont even work! There are many other companies with over 200 reviews to pick from. Good luck!

Amazing service & HONEST!! I move into my home one year ago and I couldn't keep the second floor cool duding the Summer. It was a nightmare! The Top Rank guys got out here within 24 hours and figured out the problem in less than 30 minutes. Within 72 hours of calling Top Rank, my A.C. was fixed up at a reasonable price and running perfectly just in time for the late Spring and Summer Heat! I will always call Top Rank when I need help. Having the background and experience with all facets of the HVAC world, I was highly impressed and extremely pleased with Top Rank at every level of this undertaking. My own HVAC experience and formal education began in 1977 completing a college degree in Mechanical-Electrical Technology and starting a career in related work immediately thereafter. I worked on every type of HVAC system for over 30 years, from residential, to commercial and industrial systems. From troubleshooting and repairs, to complete system replacements and new installations, to systems calculations and design. With this extensive background and knowledge, suffice it to say, I pursued the selection process of finding a HVAC company that would meet or exceed my expectations of replacing my inadequate undersized system with one that would perfectly address the current system shortcomings. After meeting with 7 HVAC company reps, I narrowed it down to 3 companies. It then came down to best bang for the buck, knowledge of this technology by the salesperson, and properly designed system. It is very important not to oversize a system as much as undersizing one. I had already performed a heat load calculation and determined what a properly sized unit should be. This narrowed the field to 2 companies. In the end, it was clear that Jeremy from Top Rank had first hand knowledge and field experience, so my choice was clear. At no time did I have regrets or buyers remorse. The technicians performed their work with such artistic approach and pride, that I was very pleased with my own efforts to being patient getting so many bids. Unfortunately, age, physical restrictions, certification, and new laws, sadly prevent me from being able to do this work myself. However, the completed work, unit selection, and Top Rank HVAC selection, resulted in an equally satisfying experience.
