They went above and beyond to help a member of Darkside paintball that locked his keys in car went out of the way to help out when it wasn’t even a part of his job it was much appreciated thank you very much
Patterson Heating & Air Conditioning was quick to get me an appointment in my stressful time of need. They came on time, knew exactly what the problem was, and my heater was fixed within an hour. I also had my AC unit go out that following year, on a very hot day in summer. Patterson H&A came out that same day, and had us enjoying a cool feeling house again in no time. I am a lifetime customer now. Having them help me twice now, fix the problem fast, have my heater and AC back up and running again, and all with a friendly smile and tons of knowledge on what they are doing... I'd never go with anyone else.
My rental unit notified me the A/C wasn't working on Labor Day 2020 during a heat wave, COVID, and the statewide fires that were burning making the air quality unhealthy. My tenants couldn't open their windows. I called Patterson Heating & Air on Labor Day and Chris not only answered, but was was on-site within 24 hours to fix my unit. It was working within 45 minutes of his arrival! Excellent customer service and decent prices given the situation. Many thanks to Chris and his professionalism. If you're having issues, do yourself a solid and call Patterson for your HVAC needs!
I had a problem with my a/c & discovered I just needed to change the batteries in my thermostat. But when I changed them my air would not come back on. My daughter called a couple of companies for me & got a hold of Patterson Heating & Air & spoke to the owner, Chris. He called me back & asked several questions & then walked me through several steps until I got it working. It was on the smokiest of days (from the fires) as well as 100° + weather so needless to say I was miserable. Chris’s concern to help me was over & above what anyone did for me. (My daughter) & I both called several companies & he was the only one who took the extra care to help me. He offered to come out as soon as he completed his customer he was heading to but luckily I got it working. He will be my 1st call when I need heating or a/c help. In fact he’s going to install a new (updated/smart) thermostat for me! Thank you Chris, great job! I highly recommend this company.
Patterson fixed a terrible install that we had done on the cheap. Chris provided a clear breakdown of what needed to be fixed and offered a very competitive price. He and his team showed up, got the work done, left the house clean and were on their way. I would highly recommend them for the Elk Grove region and certainly will use them again.
I have to write this review on such an amazing experience we had with Patterson Heating & Air. Chris the owner went above just good customer service for us as we had a complete central air system replaced. Walked us through every step from start to finish. Making sure we got what we needed to suit our needs, with being mindful of what was comfortable in our spending. His crew came in and were done in 6 hours, and we had 100% cooling comfort instantly. Respectful of our house and took care of it as if it was their own. This is a big purchase/investment, but have zero regrets getting it done, and having lucked out finding Patterson Heating & Air as our company.
Patterson Heating and Air conditioning recently replaced my air conditioning and heating system. They do awesome work and have great customer service. Everything was completed on time as promised. They are very reasonably priced compared to other companies. There were 3 technicians and the owner working on my project and I can’t say enough about how kind and polite they were. They really go the extra mile and protect your house while doing so. I highly recommend Patterson!!!
Chris, the owner, had Mark show up as soon as I needed them. They are the best when it comes to value and cost. The expertise that Mark showed was unbelievable. When calling around for service help, Patterson was the first company that was able to get out to help us (same day). We knew we were probably in to purchase a whole new HVAC system and that was true. They were very helpful, they reached out a number of times to make sure we didn’t have any other questions, they were competitive in price, not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Their assistance with 0% financing for awhile was invaluable and everyone we worked with was great. The owner is hands on and makes sure he knows what is happening that that his clients are happy. We have been pleased with our experience with both a new HVAC and getting the whole house fan. Thank you Patterson Heating and Air Conditioning!

I was introduce to Patterson heating and air through my home warranty. Fast, friendly and thorough, the technician Mark was at my home the next day. He diagnosed the problem, and the repairs were made the next day. Def recommend
Chris and Mark at Patterson Heating & Air are great! Our HVAC went out and we wanted to get it fixed. We had another company came out before and paid $74 for inspection, they provided an estimate, but never called back to go over the details even I called. Patterson Heating charged $69 for diagnostic and waived it after I accepted the contract. They finished the repair in the same day. Thank you for the great job.
These guys are the best! My AC was blowing warm air, Chris sent Mark out within a couple of hours, who did a thorough check of the system, got it going quickly at a more than fair price, and noted some items to keep an eye on (motor oil leak) and advice on filters to keep the system running efficiently. I've found my go-to HVAC company!
I called Chris Patterson, they called me back in 10 minutes, showed up at the appointed time, James the tech is friendly found the problem, he had the parts on his truck had the problem fixed in less than one hours. I am very impressed and will call Patterson when ever I need ac or heating needs.
These guys are wonderful!!! Absolutely love the service they give. They're honest and reasonably priced. They take care of us like family and I never feel like I'm being worked over. I wouldn't go to anyone else for my heating and air conditioning needs ever again. Thanks Pattersons!
Our air conditioner broke down in the middle of August. We called our warranty insurance who sent a person to assess the situation. The warranty guy went straight to the condenser unit and changed the capacitor without any evaluation. The fix lasted 2 days. We got 2 independent contractors to evaluate but were told different things. One said we needed a compressor the other said we needed a condenser unit but that if we changed the unit it would not be compatible with our evaporator, etc. We finally met Chris Patterson and the whole experience from start to finish was exceptional, thorough and very professional. He spent time going through every part of the system and then gave us his recommendations. He offered options and answered our questions patiently. He was very knowledgeable and also went out of his way to accommodate our schedule. His team was equally efficient and professional. They arrived on time. They laid out work cloth to protect our carpet from the dust. They finished the job in one day as promised. It was no easy job considering how hot it was and the extent that they needed to do to remove the old system and get the new system in. We would not hesitate to recommend Chris to our friends. He takes pride and ownership on his quality of work. As he will say on his card that "Average isn't good enough" is true. He and is crew will ensure 100% satisfaction from start to finish.

I am extremely pleased with the service offered by Chris Patterson and his wonderful crew. My old unit started leaking and was full of mold so a new unit was needed. The crew of Jerry, Joel, Jason, and Dave were efficient and perfectionists but careful of the furnishing in my home and thoughtful of myself, my daughter and her dog. They cleaned up so well that my garage floor was cleaner than when they arrived. I recommend them highly. I love my new unit. I appreciate that Chris helped me with all the paperwork for Smud and made that process easy. The entire experience was fantastic.
