Good customer service
Neel's showed up at 8:45 in the morning and I had a meeting at 9. I asked if they could give me about 15 minutes without noise and to let me know when they would make noise so I could mute my mic. Ash agreed and did his best to work with me. Ash and Nathan removed the old system and installed the new system with minimal mess and noise. These two guys got everything done by 1:30 pm! It was truly amazing. Great work by Ash and Nathan. If you need HVAC system work use Neel's and ask for Ash and Nathan.

This company has been by far the most responsive that I have worked with! Their customer service is the best that we have had. I use them for all my commercial needs (and have sent them to a few residential properties as well). Their pricing is on point, and have given me several options for install as well. Knowledgable and takes the time to explain things. I almost didn't write this review because I don't want to share them, but they deserve the business!
I totally recommend Neel's Heating & Air, if you're looking for honest and good quality results. They were on time, very professional and put on shoe covers and not forget the mask in this hot 100 degree weather. I normally don't write reviews unless I'm pleased and satisfied with the services recieved. Thank you Nathan and Justin.
Could not have asked for better service! Tech was on time friendly and knowledgeable. Took all precautions during this crazy pandemic to make us comfortable with him to be in the house. we are ready for the Sacramento summer heat!
Neel's Heating and Air saved me when my home warranty's contractors couldn't. I was without air conditioning for 5 days during a week of 100+ degrees because everyone else was booked. Neel's came highly recommended and I found them to be accommodating, patient, and thorough. So grateful they were able to fit me in their busy schedule. As a real estate agent and new customer, I definitely recommend them!
