So glad I choose the right company! I had a great technician named Matt show up to my house on time, he was also professional and honest. The technician was able to test my water lines, inform me what was causing the issues and different ways to fix it without trying to get me to spend thousands. It's nice to finally find a local honest business.

Inquired by phone the pricing to replace a toilet with a new Kohler toilet. Received a quote and ordered the service, the plumber arrived on time and did the job in a professional manner, cleaned the work area And did so in a timely manner. When billed, it was the same as the quoted price. All in all a good job at a good price.
So I had a handyman do some plumbing, but he put in pipes that rust, so on comes Elk Grove Plumbing to the rescue. The tech saw the problem, and 30 minutes later had it all fixed and water tight. I won’t hesitate to call again.

Keith and Brandon arrived on time and listened closely to our explanation of the problem. After giving us a cost estimate, they worked efficiently to find the underground water leak. Upon finding the leak (using special equipment), they recommended a remedy and gave us a cost estimate for the proposed work. We accepted. An appointment for two days later was made to fix the problem.
