I was surprised that Elite picked up the phone at 6:30 in the morning. I figured I would leave a message and keep dialing other repair places. Very friendly and very transparent about repairs, charges, etc. I highly recommend Elite.
Honesty
I was very happy with the service with Elite Heating & Air Conditioning. My AC stopped working on the hottest holiday weekend and I was able to make an appointment on Sunday morning. Christian showed up on time and was able to replace the part needed and my AC was up and running in time for the 107 heat later that day. They charged extra for the weekend rate but it was worth it, huge relief, thank you!!
These guys are amazing! They are punctual, efficient, clean and very easy to work with. They replaced my water heater, electric panel and my HVAC packaged unit. I am more than happy and satisfied with their services. Jason was highly knowledgeable and knows the industry very well. Christian went above and beyond to remove old and unnecessary wires from the exterior of my home to help me clean up the aesthetic. Alex and Sahil were very professional and are trained well at what they do, I was grateful that they were a part of the whole project . This team exceeded my expectations and is now my forever go to for any future projects! I highly recommend their services. Elite heating and air provides an amazing experience that everyone needs to be a part of. 10/10
A/C maintenance was done then way it should be done . Tech explained what was done and said everything was in good shape . I was very pleased with the work .

Been a customer for this company since 2009 and I never had a problem. Making an appointment is easy and fast. Jason, Anthony, and rest of the team is wonderful. I recently got my water heater replaced and I am happy with it. I highly recommend!

Elite Heating and Air Conditioning is a great company. Very professional, fast, courteous and knowledgeable. Jason and his tech was able to order the necessary parts and fixed the issue within 24 hrs of the initial diagnostic. We could not have asked for anything better. Jason did a great job explaining our options when our tankless water heater failed. Once the decision was made, he replaced the unit the same day. Hot water again! Thank you Jason!
My rental home heating system was not working. Tenant call for services. Technician came, did diagnoses, and concluded that the board was not working. Estimate came out to be $1200 to replace the board. I called another company and the technician came out for second opinion. He saw a loose wire and reconnected it. He tested the board and said it was working fine. He guaranteed no problem. Never trust this company again.

Our system was installed very efficiently and professionally in record time even with a few challenges of small space and bad weather. Their crew were all very professional and impressive. I would recommend them for their quality, reasonable price and a pleasant experience throughout.
We purchased a Bryant HVAC system with Elite after reviewing many different companies about 5 - 6 years ago. Since then I have had a technician come out 2 times a year for checking out the system that they installed. We recently moved and I called Jason/Elite to ask if they would come out to check out this unknown system to see what state it was in. Although somewhat out of their service area, the owner, came out and reviewed out system and installed a new wifi enabled thermostat system and provided us with an overview of our existing system. HVAC systems are complicated and when in crisis you need help. Elite and all of their staff have been professional, great at communication of the issues, thorough, and fair priced. We have just purchased an annual service contract with them, knowing that when this system needs a check up or, if something goes wrong, I can count on Elite to professionally and timely help me out! I don't write reviews often. This company is a great one you can count on!!

Great service! My heat went out and Jason was able to come out same day. He quickly diagnosed the issue, had parts on the truck, and was able to get our heat on within an hour. This, mind you, was on a very cold Saturday, mid-day. Thanks again Jason!
I called Elite on Saturday morning for a repair appointment. Jason answered the call and arrived within 2 hours to diagnose a heat outage that began the prior evening. The gas valve was not functioning and I needed a new one. Fortunately, Jason had one on his truck and completed the replacement. I was very happy to receive a discount and even happier to finally be comforted with heat once again. I will utilize services from Elite Heating and Air in the future. My current experience, like past experiences, were positive, and I was not pressured into buying a new system to replace this 20 year old York unit. Thanks for a pleasant experience!

Called Elite Heating & Air Condition and they came out the same to diagnose my heating system. They new exactly what was wrong and repaired it the next day. Would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC repairs.
