My goodness! What an amazing experience!!! It was a simple fix! No hard sell for any upgrades, no bs about how desperately I need a new system. So respectful and considerate of my time, money and circumstance! I’ll never use anyone else!!! Bonney Plumbing SUCKS!!!!! These guys are amazing! I’m the biggest cynic out there and not easily impressed! These guys impressed me. Freddie was the best representation of this company, kudos for having him on staff!!

Antonio came out to give us a second opinion on our heater, which we were told was showing damage. He was pleasant and professional. After confirming the damage, he didn’t try to sell us a new heater, but just outlined the repairs needed to fix the existing one. When I told him we were interested in replacing our gas heater, he gave me clear choices without pressure. When we’re ready to get a new unit, we will definitely call Airmech!
Freddie is a detail oriented courteous professional. He had a smile all the time and explained the details of our issues and concerns. Gave appropriate suggestions for repair choices. Thank you Freddie !

I don’t know what I’m doing wrong….but today Airmech sent the technician, Freddy. This time got our Air conditioner. It was not working correctly. Freddy, knowing what he’s doing did his magic and guess what…..it’s a miracle! Thank you again Airmech for having such experienced technicians! Job well done. Referring Airmech to you without hesitation! Back to I don’t know what I’m doing….. The below review was already on here. Making certain it was posted back in April of this same year. 2023. I sent in a review that, unbeknownst to me, used same “comments” I’d used from a previous visit. I wanted to make certain it was spoken accurately regarding the visit of todays service. We didn’t have heat last night and it was very cold. The technician, Freddy, helped me understand how important maintenance is to keep our unit last. He also shared how we could benefit ourselves by becoming a Gold Member with Airmech. I look forward to having our heating and air conditioning unit being taken care of by such a caring professional team. I would refer Airmech to everyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
First off, I was very surprised to be able to schedule a service so quickly. I had an appointment with a couple of days! It was super easy to make an appointment and a rep called me to confirm and to get more details pretty fast as well. Well, today the technician came out. His name was Freddy and he was great. I was given a 2hr window and he came at the beginning of it! He let me know of the cost before doing anything. He said if it was this it would cost this much or if it was this, it would cost this much. I let him know I was comfortable to pay for the compressor, if it was the issue and thank goodness that fixed my issue. I will definitely keep this company in my contacts....if anything else happens...cause my unit is pretty old. ☺️
We just converted our 19 yo HVAC system to all electric and the customer experience was outstanding. Everyone from our sales contact (Alex) to our installers (Justin, Tony and Diega) were on time, professional and experienced. I would highly recommend them.
Antonio was our technician for our ac tune up service. He was very prompt and arrived as scheduled. He was very detailed in his work and explained in detail the various checks he was performing on our ac system. Would definitely recommend Amtech!! Danny
This company is fantastic. If you're looking for an HVAC company that is going to do the job right from assessment to installation these are the guys you want to call. The estimator, Alex did a fantastic job of assessing my current system. I am going with a Bosch solution. The reason I'm having the work done at all is because the previous company, Buetler did a substandard job. And after many attempts to get the system right over the years Buetler just failed to do so. So now I need to replace the system and AirMech is the company I have chosen to replace my current system and to get It replaced correctly. In the meantime, living up in Sacramento, I have beefed up my "Quiet Cool" (Attic Cooling and Exhaust) functions to ease the issues of higher temperatures.
Antonio was great, went through the inspection and explaining everything he did. Fast and overall very satisfied. Highly recommended!!!
Freddy came over and diagnosed our defective motor in under 2 mins; very good at explaining his process and helped us retrieve and install a new one within 2 hrs of initial appointment! Would absolutely recommend, the turn around time was impeccable and the level of professionalism outstanding.

I wasn’t going to leave a poor review, but I’ve gotten three or four emails nagging me for a review, so here it is. The tech was courteous and prompt. He rapidly diagnosed the problem, which was a bad motor on the condenser coil fan. He looked up the motor and said it was unavailable at two parts warehouses. He said it was no longer in production and it might be months before he could get one, and there might never be one available. The only options he left me with were to wait and hope with no a/c or to replace the entire a/c unit. I took a photo of the motor nameplate. A five minute search on the internet for the motor model number revealed that the motor indeed was no longer in production, but had been superseded by another model that was readily available. I ordered it, had it in hand two days later and installed it myself. It took an hour or so. The motor was an exact fit. I didn’t even need to change any wiring. It was literally plug and play. The service call was worth the $89 to diagnose the problem. I’m reasonably handy, so I easily replaced the motor myself and saved myself an hour of labor cost and the markup on the part. I don’t understand why the tech couldn’t find the correct replacement part when I was able to find it easily. I saved a few bucks doing it myself, but had to deal with a hot house for a couple of days longer than I should have.
The technician was very courteous, on time and professional. Not pushy. I think the company trains their technicians well.

Air Mech is always very professional, prompt and reasonably priced. They put in my furnace and serviced my air conditioner. They are thorough and provide great service.

Very pleased with Airmech company. Installers were on time and super hard workers! I had a complete new HVAC and duct replacement done. The old ducts were under my house and it was difficult to work under the crawl space with little space to work. No complaints from the workers at all and they kept doing the work. I also liked that the owner actually came several times to the job site and made sure his employees were taken care of and if there were any issues to be addressed. I also like to help local businesses here in Elk Grove. I would recommend Airmech, especially if you live in Elk Grove.
Last year my HVAC system was about to fail. I called several companies for quotes on a replacement. I researched the systems that all the companies had to offer. I decided to use Airmech based on their reviews and the system that they recommended. The price of the system was considerably less than the other companies. The service that was provided was excellent! The installation was without any problems. I recently scheduled a service/check up before the summer heat. The service technician was on time and performed his work in a professional manner. He answered all my questions and explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend Airmech for your HVAC needs.
