Ben is awesome! AC stopped working and the house was so hot. Texted Ben; he was at the house and fixed the issue within 2 hrs. Lifesaver.
Ben and his team are rockstars. Not only does the crew work hard, they are honest and knowledgeable on the trade. Hard to find companies like this these days. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and yes, they’re “cooler than the other guys.”
We would like to give a two thumbs up recommendation to Lakehills Mechanical. Ben and his talented crew just installed a Bosch HVAC heat pump package unit and we couldn't be happier. The unit is super efficient (19SEER) and is so quiet! Ben, Randy, and Chris know what they're doing, got the unit installed without a hitch, and made sure all our air ducts were sealed. If you're considering a new unit, or need service, give them a call 👍🏻

Huge shout out to Ben at Lakehills Mechenical! Our aged HVAC was failing during the last heatwave and we were suffering with 86° inside the house! Ben was understandably rushed off his feet but made the time to swing by and pump some more Freon in, to tide us over the insanely hot weekend. He managed to squeeze us in last week and replaced our whole system in just a few hours. He also included two Nest thermostats, which was a bonus! The new system is awesome and we are loving our cool and comfortable house again. Very competitively priced, efficient and courteous. Thank you again Ben! We’ll be calling you for our annual check-ups!
Compressor capacitor failed over the weekend and he was out within an hour to fix! Always prompt, friendly and stands by his work!
Ben stopped by to look at our unit during the heat wave. He was very nice, informative and even cut me some slack on the consult rate! Turns out my 20 year old unit is doing about as much as it can in the extreme weather. So glad Ben was able to reassure me and explain things to me a little more. Thank you!
Ben Souders@Lakehills Mechanical is hands down the best HVAC maintenance and repair company! Our A/C quit working in the afternoon with the outside temp at 110 degrees. I texted Ben and he squeezed me in between calls. Ben responded in less than an hour and had my A/C unit up and running in 10 minutes. Thank you Ben Souders.
Ben is a life saver! After Bell Brothers managed to have my A/C stop working and tried pushing a new system, I called Ben. He fixed my A/C the next day in no time! He was great, professional, and honest. I recommend him 100%!

My A/C suddenly stopped during a heat wave and Super Ben came to the rescue. It turns out that my AC just needed to be recharged. Ben diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour. We now have cooled AC. Ben really is "cooler than the other guys".

My AC literally just broke down at 5pm in the evening. I recalled people raving about Lakehills Mechanical on the Nextdoor app. They mentioned Ben being amazing! I figured I'd give it a try even though it was quite late in the evening. He answered and mentioned he was about to call it a night, but would come over so we didn't need to endure this heat. In no time he was able to give us a prognosis. He had everything in hand and available to fix the problem. Very professional, extremely efficient, conservative, knowledgeable and honest. I know who I'm calling with any issues with my AC.... Ben IS AMAZING!
