Purchased this home with an A/C unit that had sunk below grade and was tilted to one side. Once ground was dry and days were warmer, Richard Furqueron took the necessary time (with an assist from Tim) to disconnect A/C unit, shore up gravel bed, re-level unit, recharge the system, and ensure proper testing / operation of whole home unit. This was hard work performed by professional and well qualified employees of Moore Mechanical. Even as a new home owner and new to this area, I trust Richard and the entire Castlework office to do the right things at the best possible cost. I would not call anyone else. Well Done for your caring, attitude, and outstanding performance excellence.
Danny & his team did a great job installing our new furnace and air conditioner. The job was done in under six hours and the site was cleaner than when they arrived. They were both professional and friendly.

I had a great experience with Moore Mechanical, especially with master electrician, Nate Anderson. He did great work quickly, and didn’t make the job any more complicated than it needed to be.
Ulyisis did a great job. Diagnosed the problem within 15 min and had the repairs explained and done in an hour or so. A bit pricey but when your air conditioning doesn’t work and your a mature lady such as myself you’ll pay what you need to have cool air 😂 I’ve been with Moore Mechanical for over 20 years and always brace myself for a hefty bill but the service is great and I’m feeling chill 😎

Ulises arrived on time and went right to work on performing annual maintenance on the A/C system. Performed all the checks required which include replacing my HVAC FILTER, cooling temps meeting requirements, coolant meeting requirements and overall general checkout. Walked through what he did to the system ( including bringing a new winter condenser cover) that was ordered. Well trained and competent service technician. Moore Mechanical does a great job.
We did not actually get their services, but they were very attentive and competitive with their pricing!
Vince was our sales person. He answered all our questions, was very responsive. I had questions about HERS ratings, Permits, BayRen, TechCleanCA, Tax Credits, Ecobee/Nest thermostats - Vince was on top of it. They handle it. Vince's quote made it clear the scope of work and hardware included. Other quotes did not. The install took 2 days. They took the old system and installed a heat pump/furnace. Byron did the installation/configuration, definitely knows his trade, and was also great at answering our questions. What leads us to Moore HVAC was that they are a Carrier authorized/award winner, and consistent high reviews on NextDoor and Yelp.
Moore Mechanical has installed 3 split systems for us and they perform annual maintenance on our equipment. They are easy to work with, professional and reliable. I am very happy with their service.
Our 4 ton, 18 SEER central a/c was serviced and two surge protectors were installed. He also checked on our attic fan.
I've used them twice to service my A/C, and I'm satisfied with the work done.
