Excellent customer service! Called team out to repair dryer - they made it spin, but it still didn’t heat when they left. Came back and fixed it at no charge, super apologetic. Our dishwasher happened to break in the time between the two dryer visits - they told us it was dead for good, so they charged us only half of the diagnostic cost (not sure if it was also a make good for having to come back a second time for the dryer, but we were grateful!) Will definitely be using this company again in the future!
They're extremely professional. The quality of their work is excellent and their price is within reason. Have had my refrigerator, oven and fireplace fixed by them over a year, and their quality has remained consistent!
I had Galaxy Appliance repair a leaking washing machine and a Viking Cook top fan. In both instances they correctly diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. The installation was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. They were very prompt and on time to diagnose and fix the issues. I highly recommend Galaxy Appliance.

Galaxy's technician was fantastic! Our AC system died on us RIGHT as we were selling our house, and RIGHT during the worst Bay Area wildfire season in years. Naturally. Thankfully, Galaxy Appliance Repair had an opening for their technician to come out the very next day, and he was everything you'd want your repairman to be: prompt, knowledgeable, skilled, and totally professional. He fixed our AC system in about 30 minutes, and it's been working wonderfully ever since. The new homeowners even commented on how much better it works than their old house's! Haha.
Prompt response to fix capacitor issue.. gave me a quote over the phone on potential cost for repair of the capacitor.. showed up in the next 30 mins and then replaced capacitor within minutes. Very professional and got the job done right. You get what you pay for.
I do not recommend this company. Way overpriced for the service provided. Go elsewhere!
It was difficult to find someone who could repair my Thermador oven, but once I did, I was pleased with the result! Pros: The office phone line was answered by a human (who understood my question and explained the service charge and costs COMPLETELY) I scheduled the appointment at a time convenient for me I rec'vd a text message confirming my appointment The technician finished a call nearby and could actually come earlier He knew what he was doing and he was a pleasant person to talk to Diagnosed and demonstrated the problem quickly and told me how much it would be to repair it He had the part in his vehicle (most common problem on gas stoves is the igniter) He installed the part, demonstrated the difference in how the working part performed Cons: NONE They repair ALL appliances. Fast service, even on weekends! Incredible respect shown during entire visit. Neat and clean, excellent communication and showed up on time. Could not recommend higher.
I needed a fix for the ice-maker as it didn't make ice. They sent a person who came a few times. Each time he claimed it would work and that it would start producing ice within few hours. But it never did. Last time he actually broke the water system as well. Now neither ice nor water works. This guy lied to the warranty company telling that he fixed it, and gave us different stories. The Select Home warranty company is also fraudulent as they never followed up or responded. The whole episode took three months. And I have now both the ice-maker and water out of order. Really really bad.

Our stove stopped working galaxy appliance repair came out, he was very thorough in checking out to find what the problem was. He pretty much took the whole oven apart. He found the part that was needed To be replaced. He described what was wrong and how much it would cost to Fix the stove. I would definitely use them again very professional and courteous.
The Representative that came to my home to help was very respectful, and listened to my concerns - he went right to work on the issue and it was resolved. I appreciated his frank diagnosis, and explanation of what would make the most sense for me.

We needed help fast. Our dishwasher drain tube was no longer working. I sent a request via chat and heard back within 20 minutes. We set-up an appointment. Aaron came to our rescue. He understood the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. I would recommend Galaxy Appliance Repair.
called this business after reading good reviews and must agree with them. called to have my fridge checked out-had no problem getting an appt which was followed up on and I was notified before the tech arrived.(ratmirI believe) showed up spent approx 2 hours checking it out explaining everything he did at a more than reasonable charge especially compared to others I've dealt with. would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again
When I called on Sunday I was told they weren't able to come out that day but could come Monday. This was fine and quick. The gentleman showed up on time and diagnosed the problem. When we finally received the quote to fix it it was enough that we decided to go with a new stove instead. Our stove was old and we knew that time was coming. Only reason I took off one star is because I was told I would have a quote for the work by the next day and I had to call to receive it on the second day. Otherwise everything was else was fine.
Zip! Zap!! Galaxy/Swift fixed our broken dishwasher as quickly as that! And we saved $35 by mentioning the Yelp discount. Our Bosch dishwasher wouldn't drain. From researching online it's usually 1 of 4 things; clog, kinked hose, panel board or pump. Paul had a new pump with him and installed it. Soooo glad we didn't have to wait to order the part. Plus while we were waiting for the dishwasher to go through some cycles Peter fixed our broken front door knob! Highly recommend.
