Great service all the way around! The installation dept technician quickly found the source of a difficult electrical problem with our mini split and provided new wiring to fix the issue. The technicians are highly skilled, diligent. efficient and courteous. The front desk staff are prompt and friendly. The turnaround time from my first call to completion of a difficult project was very quick as they went above and beyond to accommodate. Thank you Elim! So appreciate your excellent service!

Beyond 5 stars…..my AC would not turn on and I was desperate for same day service. Get this: Marco called me within minutes of messaging and helped me trouble shoot over the phone. Once he had an idea of the issue, he said it was a simple fix and hopped on a video call to walk me through it. I had to run to Home Depot for a tool. He told me what to get, and jumped back on video to walk me through finishing the job. Long story short, got my AC back up within and hour, and he wouldn’t take any payment- just being a good human! He certainly deserves your business!

I modified my work schedule to be available for the 2-hour window of 3-5 pm the company requested on 3/24/2023, and the tech canceled during my scheduled time frame. The customer service representative was friendly, and I rescheduled for 3/25/2023 with a waiting window of 8-10 am. The technician canceled for a second time one hour into my waiting period. Both of the cancellations were due to the technician being too far away. Big red flag if the company and its technician can't manage their work time frame.

Not too long after the AC units were replaced, I received a citation from our HOA Board about the new exterior wiring. The Board wanted to know what kind of wiring (power or control) and why it is necessary. During the installation, Elim HVAC did inform me that there were a broken and a missing control wire; and after the technician consulted with the company, Elim HVAC agreed to replace the broken wire and add a new control wire (all inside a conduit) free of charge (kudos #1). So I submitted an architectural application to our Board seeking approval for the newly installed exterior wiring. Unfortunately, the application was denied. Fortunately, Elim HVAC was willing to meet with our HOA Board member at the property site to find out why our application was denied and what needed to be done to win approval (kudos #2). After this meeting, HVAC sent a technician over to reroute the wiring in accordance with what was discussed, and the technician spent over 6 hours without charging me extra (kudos #3). I also requested Elim HVAC to paint over the conduit with a matching paint color that I provided, and they did it as well (kudos #4). Finally, after a few months of back and forth with Elim HVAC, our HOA Board and myself, the citation was removed as the corrections were accepted by our Board. Elim HVAC worked with me and the board all along, and I sincerely thank everyone at Elim HVAC, who worked professionally and diligently to get this resolved. My kudos #5 goes to the owner of Elim HVAC, although I have not met him or her, your employees fully reflect your business ethics. Elim HVAC has earned my trust. I have no hesitation to HIGHLY recommend Elim HVAC if you have any HVAC needs.

I have done some extensive research and decided on getting a quote from two different companies to replace my two split AC units. I selected Elim HVAC for 3 reasons: 1) the Yelp ratings are consistently good over a long period of time; 2) Marco worked around our availability and came out twice right on time for the estimates (first time for estimate to replace 1 AC unit and second time for estimate to replace 2 AC units). Marco was patient to explain our options and provided me with pros and cons; 3) the cost is very reasonable compared to the other company. Elim provided me with a one-stop service: pulled the permit, scheduled the city inspection, scheduled the HERS test, sent me the HERS certification, removed and hauled away the old units and installed the new units. During the installation, the technician discovered one of the wires from the condenser (outside the house) to the fan coil (inside the house) was broken and an additional wire needed to be added to the heat pump. The technician came back quickly to fix once the additional work was approved by Elim. All this without any additional charge. After the installation was completed, the upstairs AC was making some noise and Elim quickly scheduled time to come out and fix the issue. Overall, this project went very smoothly from getting the estimates to passing the city inspection. Not to mentioned it was very present to work with Norma, whom I dealt with throughout the scheduling, installation, issues and billings. A solid 5 stars from me for their professional customer services, workmanship, integrity, reliability, and very, very reasonable cost. I truly believe they exemplify in their work what they believe, ie treat their customers in the same ways how they would like to be treated. I have no hesitation to anyone that needs HVAC services.
