First of all Joe of Plumbing Solutions, we will like to thank you for the excellent work you did on upgrading our water heater to a tankless type. Our old 40 gallon water heater was inside the house and was time to let it go. He made the necessary work to relocate outside the house. We will definitely call Joe again for any plumbing needs.

Joe has done 3 jobs for us in the last year. He is professional, responds right away and arrives when he says he will. He repaired a leaking water heater, ran new copper pipe, and moved a gas valve for our oven. He knows what he’s doing and he’s fast and neat. We recommend him highly.

Joe, the owner, may not be the best known plumber, but he is the best you can hire for the following reasons: 1. He has many years of experience and knows how to do it right. 2. His prices are the best (he was about half the price of other estimates) 3. He exceeeded my expectations (and I am very particular). 4. He takes pride in his work and gets it done right the first time. 5. He does all the work (so you always get best person to do the work). 6. He is an expert at maintenance (even tankless heater flushing). 7. He gets on the job fast and does it in an efficient manner. 8. He is honest and has high integrity.

Called Joe from Plumbing Solutions a few days ago to change a basic flush valve on my toilet because it broke. He answered my call quickly and came by to let me know what the problem was on his way to another appointment. He said he would buy the part right after his previous appointment and be back shortly. A few hours later within he stopped by and replaced the flush valve in less than 30 minutes. I can't say enough about how responsive and friendly he is and willing to go out of his way for such a small job. I have used him regularly for years and can always count on him making sure the job is done quickly and well.
Caller last minute on Saturday they kept me informed they could not make it on Saturday showed up on Sunday problem solved in and out very quickly

Needed a toilet fixed. Called PS and left a detailed message. No response. Called the next day, someone answered, made an appointment for between noon and 2pm on Monday. No show, no phone call. Called him at 2:30 to ask why he didn't show. He was "busy on another job and didn't have his cell phone to call me and let me know"...but he was then talking on his cell phone. I don't have time to play unprofessional games, so I called another plumber; they showed up, on time, and did the job.
Joe Diaz, the owner, was prompt and professional. He fixed our problem quickly, and for a very reasonable price-and then, he cleaned everything up,and left my kitchen floor cleaner than when he arrived. I will definitely be calling him for all of our future plumbing needs!
