I found this company last minute, gave them a ring, and scheduled an appointment. The first thing that I liked was that it’s a FREE estimate and consultation. Bob rolled by first thing in the morning and assessed the issue, and gave me a handful of different options (always a plus!). Found the reason why my master bedroom heater wasn’t working and ordered the parts. Arrived early in the morning and knocked the job out in roughly 30 minutes, in n out. Very professional company, gives you options, and is very transparent. I’ll definitely be calling Bob again when summer rolls around. Don’t hesitate to call this company.
Robert, Jim, and Dakota have done a couple of jobs for me here in the Bay Area and were outstanding. One was the relocation of a large AC unit, and one was the installation of a mini-split heat pump. Great quality of the job aside, they were all wonderful people and made me track down the ol’ yelp password to leave a seldom review. They were punctual, very fair priced, and communicative leading up to and after the job. Our family just finished a significant remodel and I was pretty worn down from various subcontractors on the job - this team was a breath of fresh air and I’ll use them every time I have jobs similar to these. Robert and his team provided excellent service and were able to repair quickly! They responded quickly to my inquiry and had somebody over as soon as I was available. I highly recommend Wolf HVAC, and will be using them again if ever needed!
Robert and his team installed an 18k BTU mini-split system in our guesthouse, and the entire experience was fantastic. The price was fair, they were easy to schedule and arrived RIGHT on time, they finished when they said they would, and they left the jobsite absolutely clean. I really love to work with companies like Wolf HVAC - a small/medium sized owner-operator company that provides great value and outstanding service. Robert REALLY cares about his business, and it shows in every aspect - from the communication, to their promptness, to the genuine kindness of his whole team. Seriously one of the best home improvement / home repair experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend you call them if you need HVAC service / installation whether it's big or small.
Bob replaced the furnace in our house and we couldn't be happier with it! The work is done in a clean, professional manner, looks great, functions even better. He gave us a couple quotes and options, but never tried or pushed to upsell us on something we didn't need. The tearout of the old and install of the new was efficient, and he was very respectful of our home (the heater closet and our carpets were cleaner than when he started). Don't bother with the big box hvac guys, you won't get anywhere close to this level of service!
These days, it is almost impossible to find honest high quality people in anything to do with construction. We were in the midst of doing HVAC for a 5,000 sq foot remodel when our HVAC person just bailed. Robert Wolf came to the rescue and took on a job that was half finished. He was very reasonably priced and did an amazing job for us. We have had a few issues (not related to his work) with the last being a brand new Goodman AC failing and Robert sent his guys out the same day to help troubleshoot the problem. In my line of work, there is little room for error and I am very critical of fine details. Wolf HVAC has gone above and beyond for us. I would strongly recommend him. Brian W. Wolf HVAC just did an excellent total HVAC system replacement for our house. They had the lower bid to start with, and then everything turned out even better than hoped for. The team works together really well and quickly, and cleans up completely. Any challenge they encountered with removing the old system and fitting the new one into the same limited space was addressed as a team, with Robert leading the way. Everything was thoroughly tested and double-checked before they considered the job done. We're expecting lower utility bills with the new, more efficient system. Great job, guys, thank you!
Bob Wolf of Wolf HVAC is the best of the best. Bob works hard and he is someone you can trust. He has the highest ethical standards and he stands behind his work, no matter what. He offers very competitive rates and he is the nicest person. Thanks Bob for all of your help and we will definitely call you when it's time for our annual maintenance on our new AC system.
Wolf HVAC replaced our furnace and air conditioner recently. They communicated clearly, were professional and answered all our questions about the new equipment. Since this isn't something we do regularly, we relied on a referral from a contractor we trust, and I'm glad we did. As a small business owner it's also important to us to support local businesses. Highly recommend.
We had a phenomenal experience with Wolf HVAC. Bob has a keen eye for detail, was thorough, knowledgeable, courteous, and kept us in the loop during the entire installation of our new heat pump and our replacement furnace. The job was done on-time and on-budget. Bob was punctual for our initial meeting and every day of the installation. He and his employee (Dakota) were the definition of "professional". I would recommend this company to any of my friends looking for HVAC installation, service and/or support.

This is the team you absolutely need to call if you have any concerns with your HVAC. Robert Wolf (the owner) is the most transparent, attentive and knowledgable HVAC professional that I met on my quest to find someone to help with a job left half completed (long story let's leave it there). We received quotes from 3 other companies who didn't even bother to really look into the attic or crawl space access areas etc. Robert got right up there and under there on his first visit. Spider webs and all.... he was the only technician who actually took the time to really look at the situation. He came recommended from a larger company who I called that he used to work for prior to starting his own business. He was so easy and accommodating to work with and you barely knew they were here... Dakota (who I fondly refer to as "big guy") is super polite and always works with care doing a lot of the heavy lifting, and I'm sure a lot of other things as well. Kris (fondly aka "small guy") was hardly seen or heard as I'm assuming he spent a lot of time and effort running ducting etc in the deep crawl spaces and attic areas. Robert electrically hooked up the system and also I'm sure did many other things I'm not giving him credit for here. Our job was no picnic from what I could see. You can tell Robert really cares about his customers and his team and I have observed it personally and couldn't give him a better review. He helped us when we thought we would never be able to get our system completed (mistakes redone) and up and running. All done with the utmost of care and personal, professional attention. This is "your guy" or should be if you have any problems during your renovation (like we did) or any HVAC needs whatsoever.
