After our AC unit died several weeks ago. We had multiple companies come out and take a look. Elevate Comfort was very professional, but also genuinely down to earth. truthfully, the deciding factor of which service company we went with was the many personal touches we observed in their assessment and service. They completed the job today, and all I have to say is, they are great. They are on time, professional, kind and respectful of your home while working from home. I almost did not even know they were here. I highly recommend!

I got a young man as the HVAC tech last name started with a T. He was very young, but professional, knowledgeable. Couldn't say enough things about my service with the people and the CO.
Tyler and Steve, and the whole staff at Elevated Comfort went above and beyond. They ran into some problems installing the mini split system due to unexpected idiosyncrasies in the design of my space, and it took a while to find a solution that worked. But they did not stop until all the problems were solved, and at their own expense. I recommend them highly.
Tech Brandon arrived with full knowledge of the history of my HVAC system and carefully serviced all components. Pleasant, helpful and efficient.
Got a dual zone heat pump installed. Price was in line with other bids but the package offered was better. Install was clean and quick. Staff very professional.
Ryan and his full crew were friendly, communicated well, were responsive to our unique timeframe need and very professional. They provided support in our learning of the different types of HVAC systems and the evolving technology. We were able to make a well informed decision - and a full installation is a big decision. I can highly recommend giving them a call or service or a full system installation.

Zack, Jonathan, Gabe, James and one other gentleman that I don't recall his name were all knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. If you want people who treat your home as if it were their own, then McDonald Home Solutions is the right choice. All the employees take great pride in the work they do, and it shows. They did an amazing job. This is an excellent company & a new company we chose. We chose right. All the guys are professional, knowledgeable, & clean all thir mess up. They get the job down fast & will work with you. I recommended them to a friend, he had the same great experience I did, they are working on his system now, & he has nothing but nice things to say about Elevated Comfort. All the guys are great JP, Joseph, Steven, Zack, Gabe, & Miguel he is super nice he installed my new heating system, he was so knowledgeable, & super sweet. They are all good kind workers. Pam was so sweet she is the nice lady who helped me get an appointment she works for Elevated Comfort. I would recommend this company to anyone. They replaced my Ac, my heating system, cleaned all my ducts, & replaced one of them. They worked so hard & had it done in 1 day. They came one more time & cleaned the ducts. It only took a few hours. They actually worked with me. I'm a 36 year old single woman who owns a house my mother passed at 52 from a cerebral hemorrhage stroke it hit me so hard. Then my fiance used & abused me for 9 years he took well stole $165,000.00 from me money that my mom left me. He then proceeded to take off with another female gambled & got on drugs & went crazy. He left me with the house which I purchased well put a $100,000.00 down on it. He did no maintenance on it for 8 years nothing so our or my house was in bad bad shape. They will work with you the best they can. They are good people & Elevated Comfort is a great company. I would give them 100 gold stars 🌟 if I could. Thank You, Pha Davis

I highly recommend this company for maintenance/service for your heating and AC needs. Christina was super kind during the scheduling process and Zach was our technician. Zach was professional, courteous, and very thorough with explaining our system needs to us. I will definitely use their company again.
