Seems to be a sub or rebrand for Goettl. They cancelled the appointment I made two months ago and rescheduled for two.months out. No thanks.

EDDIE AND SERGIO WERE GREAT. THEY FIXED OUR AIR CONDITIONING AND GAVE US IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT OUR UNIT, AND CHANGED THE THINGS THAT WERE WRONG WITH THE SET UP ON OUR UNIT. NOW IT WILL RUN LIKE IT SHOULD. THANKS AGAIN GUYS, THE CORBY'S
The workers that were here today did a great job and explained everthing that was going on and what needed to be done. They were awesome.

Terrible customer service. Had an appointment for a tune-up and they called me the day of my appt and said since i wasn't an emergency call they were not going to make it. This was the second time, once in July now August. They suck, i will never do business with them again. Find another company.

Needed the thermo-couple replaced in my furnace. Was going to do it myself but there were a couple small copper lines that had me thinking and since I didn't want to second guess myself I'd decided to give Walton's a call. I stated specifically that I just needed the thermo-couple replaced - they said OK and they'd have a tech come out. Tech came out, looked at the furnace and even though there was a small access hole near the lower area of the furnace - he'd said have to take the whole front face off just to get to the part that needed replacing... and it would cost around $300. He then proceeded into a drawn out sales pitch (if it's not the thermo-couple, it could be this, and if it's not that, then it could be this.. on and on) which would have resulted in the purchase of a whole new furnace - but not to worry because I was eligible for a payment plan (cost would have been $5800.00). All in all... I ended up telling him I'd think about it and took his calling card. I later went to Home Depot, paid $11.00 for a new universal thermo-couple and using the small access hole near the lower area of the furnace - had it installed in 30 minutes. Moral of the story - don't send a sales person to do a tech persons job.

Our experience with WALTONS AC AND FURNACE REPAIR was GREAT!! If I could give them 10 stars I would! They were very affordable, honest, knowledgeable, respectful, and trust worthy! Our technician was Eric. He was EXCELLENT! He was on time, professional, courteous, respectful and VERY knowledgeable! He came, diagnosed the issues and had the AC up and running like new in under an hour! We had received two other estimates by two other AC repair companies prior to calling WALTONS. Those other companies were total rip offs!... trying to get us to pay for unnecessary repairs! BUT NOT WALTONS :)! Their technician. Eric, showed my husband exactly what was wrong with our AC and fixed it on the spot! If I should ever need service again, we will be requesting for them to send Eric. THIS COMPANY us EXCELLENT, fair, honest, trustworthy, and their customer service is great! We could tell they were not motivated by making the most money possible but providing the BEST service experience ever!! They've outdone themselves! I will recommend them to everyone that I know! !
The company really understands the meaning of customer service! Everyone from the person answering phones, sales rep, and install crew are phenomenal! Everyone is very curteous and knowledgeable in their product! We purchased a new furnace and air conditioner and the sale and install was quite easy. I would definitely recommend them to freinds and family!
All in all a very good experience. From start to finish it all took one full day. The installers worked very hard, even taking care of an extra problem that came up.
