Well we presented Chris with a big job and I would say that him and his crew did a great job. It was not an ordinary ac fix or replace the system. It was design and relocate our entire system. His crew showed up when they said they would and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. So far we couldn’t be happier. Jason and Darl did a great job on the install and were very respectful. If you need a trustworthy ac company use these guys.
Freedom did an outstanding job installing a split system to my Casita in my backyard, he was prompt accurate with completion time, and very affordable. His employees were very nice and I would recommend them to friends and family anytime. Freedom A/C 10 out of 10.
What a great experience! It's hard to find honest and reliable contractors these days, the tech was knowledgeable, figured out multiple issues with my system and took the time to fix them on the spot. I Highly recommend using Freedom, I send my friends and family to them everytime there's a need.

I recently encountered an issue with the A/C units in the church and reached out to Freedom AC & Heating company for assistance. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received! Chris, the technician, arrived punctually and swiftly identified the problem. He thoroughly explained the situation to me and provided a fair and transparent quote for new units. The work was carried out efficiently and to a commendable standard, and the new A/C units are now operating wonderfully. Highly recommend Freedom AC. They're honest and quick. They don't try to sell you what you don't need. He also came back after the installation just to make sure all the rooms were evenly cooled. Love Chris and company!
Chris and his team did a great job with our duct installation. He also helped balance the temp in our multilevel home and ensured we were happy with the job.
These guys are top notch professionals. The work they did for me, installing a whole new AC/heating heat pump, was done quickly and the final product even looks good. They added insulation and plate metal to the inside of the compartment the unit is mounted in and the piping looks very professional. See before and after photos. A few days before the work was done the owner, Chris Steckler, inspected my old system, made recommendations, gave me options, and sent me a proposal that was easy to understand, with many payment options. I am very happy with my system and would recommend Freedom AC and heating to anyone.
My heater broke mid-winter I found Freedom AC on yelp. Chris the owner was quick to respond and was very knowledgeable on my system and recomened a repair that didnt cost a arm and leg. He explaned that my system was 18 years old and was time to start thinking about replacing it. He was not pushy at all. Highly recommend!

Best customer service I’ve had in the inland empire, hands-down. Chris hit it out of the park- reliable, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. Chris takes pride in his work and doesn’t overcharge or try to get you pay for things that are not needed. I will be calling again and requesting him personally if my air conditioning ever needs to be repaired again.
