along with not having a website...installed wrong size line and overworked compressor. now they want to charge me labor and for the house visit. they are not standing by their work. they WILL be hearing from the contractor's board.

I have dealt with numerous HVAC companies and most have been all about the SALE! Honesty is the most important of all, It's not cool when they try to sell you something you just don't need! Tranquile Air was totally honest, my ac is very old but not ready to quit yet, it was a simple fix and they charged me accordingly. Thanks
