Go figure had confidence in Total Comfort only to find out their technicians damaged AC equipment and reconstructed our system which resulted in poor performance. Ask techs to take pictures of their work. Just be careful. Their costs are much higher than others in our area. Do your homework
Kyle did an excellent job repairing my heater that was only disposing cold air. He did a thorough job guiding throughout the process and went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed. Awesome service!

Pros: This company is responsive, provided timely service, and has professional technician. I received quality customer service overall. Cons: My AC capacitor needs to be replaced. Their price is a staggering 10x more than the capacitor’s price online. That price is really unreasonable considering the process of replacing the capacitor is “very easy”. I ended up ordering the part online and replaced it myself.

During this awful heatwave, I got an appointment within 24 hours. Michael was here on time and was very professional and courteous. He got my air conditioner working, changed the filter and checked the coolant. I HIGHLY recommend Total Comfort Inc. to anyone looking for ac service! Thank you very much!

The initial installation of our new HVAC system was nicely completed and so I want to make sure this is noted. After three months, we have our first issue and my wife made multiple calls today to their call center and there have been no return calls made on this company's behalf. So much for customer service... :( If only we could be treated like we were upon installtion day, that would be appreciated. Five stars for installation, but after that not so sure. Given the fact that they have a 4 8 rating, maybe i am just the bad exception.
