Steady Air Inc. is the place to call for heating, air, and ducting systems. The office is manned by an extremely competent, personable, considerate young lady named Julie who sets appointments, answers questions, sends appt. reminders 2 days in advance, and calls if there are any delays. Owner Rob is friendly, punctual, and above all, an expert in his field. It’s been a pleasure doing business with him! For product, service, expertise Steady Air is the one to call! A+
Rob showed up for an estimate and was on time. Very thorough inspection of our equipment in the attic and detailed plan to replace our system. He had a competitive quote and wasn't price gouging like other local large advertised companies.
Rob installed our new AC and Thermostat. Was professional & informative. Did thorough detection and installment of AC & Heater. Responsible for their work and stand by it. We appreciate the honest and thorough job he did.
Tech was late, he was in my opinion sloppy & careless in my home. They scheduled me for a tune up however while he was there just looked at my unit and said I only needed a filter.

We had the best experience with Steady Air. Rob was very professional, on time, communicated well. We had a non functioning, brand new unit after a nightmare of dealing with a home warranty company, and Rob was able to work through the issues with prior installation and get our unit working again. I would absolutely recommend using steady air for any of your HVAC needs.
Company has great communication via text and email. Had Rob Gonzales come out for AC and furnace tune up. He was honest and courteous. I appreciate him taking the time to explain how things work with our HVAC system. Also wore shoe covers inside which is a plus.

Rob and his crew were amazing! They treated us like family. They helped us to fix a bad "fix" by someone else. We were already in a rough position having paid for a bad fix to our air conditioning ducting system. We are so grateful! Thanks! This is an extra mile company.

Rob came out to check our AC unit and he was very informative. We had 3 quotes prior and we didn't get nearly as much information as we did with him. We are very appreciative of him fixing our AC unit during the heat wave.
