Rescue Rooter came to my home to replace my old water heater. Actually it was to quote me a price for a natural gas tankless water heater. I went through Home Depot and Steve was my first contact. He was very polite and explained in great detail what they needed to inspect and possibly change or upgrade. He also gave me ball park figures for the min/max I might get quoted and made sure I wanted to have a tech come out. I agreed and he said Anthony S. would be the tech coming out and would give me a detailed quote. Anthony S. showed up and took a look at my current set up. He explained everything to me regarding what they'd need to do. Anthony really impressed me. He was personable and professional and could answer every question I had. Anthony gave me several options and we discussed them all at length as well as watched some product videos on his phone. At the end I decided on just replacing the tank style water heater and installing a de-scaling filter. Anthony had another tech come out to help with the install by the name of Ben H. Ben was fantastic. He was extremely polite and worked diligently. He worked for several hours doing all the necessary upgrades for the install and to meet code requirements. When he was done he came in and reviewed everything with me and the family. He was professional, personable, and I couldn't have been more impressed by him. He covered all the details of our new equipment and finished up the paperwork. All in all I was impressed with Rescue Rooter and their staff. I would definitely recommend them.

Alan did an excellent job with my request. Everything was explained in detail with available options. He did a water pressure check and made some adjustments. My issue was a leaking kitchen sink which happened to be from the disposal. He replaced the disposal at reasonable price. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. This is my second time using Rescue Rooter and both have been positive experiences. I will definitely use them again when needed. Let me not forget the dispatch persons that kept me informed when the service technician would be available. They were wonderful.

Service tech was polite and courteous . It took longer to do the paperwork than to install our toilet. He quoted me a price of $149 to also install a single bathroom faucet which we declinded. He said that the connecting line to the new toilet was not long enough and sold us one for $45.00 which I later priced at Home Depot for less than $10.00. I'm glad to have my new toilet installed but I felt I got ripped off with the high prices. I told Home Depot about the pricing and the clerk told me the sub contractor can charge whatever they like and did not seem to care that a bad contractor was representing Home Depot. I'm done with ARS and Home Depot. Larry Cover Murrieta, Ca.

The service tech came to the house. I had a leaky faucet in the bathroom shower. He looked at it and said it would be $260 to fix the faucet. OMG, but it was leaking too bad. I told him to fix it. Then he went outside to turn off the water and came back in stating that I have too much pressure and that I need a water regulator. I asked how much and he called the office. He said I was getting a deal, that it would cost me $400. But then he told me he didn't have the parts and that I would have to drive him to pick up the parts!! We had to go to two stores and the parts cost me $129. Ok, so if that is how much the parts cost and he spent less than 30 minutes fixing it, how is that $400 in labor? I thought the cost was unreasonably high. I guess I am from the old school where the tech is supposed to have the supplies and the cost is supposed to be no more than twice as much as the parts. Well if that's the case, I am screwed!! I think this company is predatory. The only up side is that every one is very polite and friendly. Oh, by the way, the shower is still unusable as he didn't notice the shower handle was broken and I was not willing to go to the store again due to my limited health. My husband will have to finish the repair. Go get someone else to do the job!

Rescue Rooter has come to my rescue many times on problems large and small. The most recent was for a worn out and dying garbage disposal. We could not afford much but really wanted the problem resolved and Vincent G. worked with us to make it happen. He determined what was needed (a new disposal) and gave us a price we could handle. Installation was immediate and we are so happy.

Chris R. and his associate had an appointment at our home yesterday between 1-4 pm. We received a call about 11:45 asking if they could be there at 1pm rather than later...of course. The associate introduced himself as the new Santa Clarita area rep. They arrived, clean and promptly, to begin the annual service. We talked abut the Micropure product as we had with others in the past years. We decided to go ahead and purchase from Chris R. The men cleaned the plenum and coil and replaced the filter. We also purchased a box of filters. There were lots of questions by us and explanations by the men to our satisfaction. They showed us the progress throughout the installation and explained why each step was necessary. We were pleased with their knowledge and manners. There was no particular pressure to purchase any products. We do appreciate that aspect of the service. We thoroughly discussed the potential of the purchase. The reps will be welcome to our home again next year.

My shop has a couple swamp cooling units that are rather old. We don't use them often so I don't see the need to purchase new units, but with the temperature rising, I feel like a sweat shop owner. David came and renewed our cool air and will be back when I'm ready to get new units!! What a pleasure it was to work with him. I forwarded his information to the building manager in hopes of giving him more work.

I had gone in to Home Depot on a Sunday thinking that the fuses to our a/c might have been the problem but they ran a test on them and said that it wasn't the fuses. We scheduled an appointment for ARS Corona to come out and run a diagnostics. We thought it was going to cost us an arm and a leg to fix whatever the problem was. Benny Godoy came just as scheduled and quickly tried finding a solution to our problem. He was very professional and quick! He was kind enough to talk to his employer about the problem and working with us based on our financial situation. I'm definitely referring ARS Corona to everyone and will also give them a call again if needed! Thanks again Benny for taking care of our problem! Keep up the good work ARS Corona!

I am the happiest person ever right now. I have cooooool air flowing again, Thanks to Gregg at ARS. I had called Home Depot for a diagnostic service call. Gregg the technician was so thorough- he discovered that the former compony that said I needed a compressor- which is 3,000.00- I only needed a new capacitor!!! The brand New capicitor that was installed on Monday by another company was faulty and didn't work- it had the fan running in reversel So evenif there was a new compressor- it still would have never worked. Gregg was very competent. He had all the right tools and diagnostic equipment. Explained everything to me in detail and was very patient and polite. My inovice was under 300.00- which included the service fee. I asked about the maintentance plain and they did have one.-I also decided to purchase, on my own- no pressure. He has made regain faith for the heating and cooling guys! Good bye to American Home Sheild- that has been a nightmare to deal with. Rude , incompetent- full of empty promises Thanks again Greegg and ARS!

AC was acting up, so I called them to come out and check it out. Their service man told me that my compressor was shot, had a leak, my fluids were low, and it would be best if I just replaced the entire system for $10,000. I said, thank you, but would get a second opinion. Another company showed up (American Plumbing & Heating), and he said the system was fine, just over-heated that one day, due to the 110 temperature, and just cleaned it up, charged me $60, and left. Moral of the story, DO NOT CALL ARS, unless you want to be misinformed as to what you need to do to get your Air working.
