Quantum did not charge diagnostic fee as others do . The technician changed only the part that needed to be replaced. Although their charges are not low but did provide service same day.
Over the holiday weekend our AC started to have some problems and our house would not cool down during this heatwave. I made 20-30 calls but Quantum was the only one that answered and delivered great service promptly the next morning. Thanks!
I called Quantum to repair our AC on a Saturday. I called at 11:30, they were there by 2:30, repaired within half an hour and for a fair price. I would certainly use them again.
I can not say enough about Jose and his crew. He came promptly after I first phoned him about our a/c issue. He communicated throughout the day about his arrival time. He assessed our situation and gave me his honest opinion. There was no pressure selling or upselling. He discussed our different options and the price difference. Jose was able to offer us a new system well under the bid I had already received. He and his crew were also able to get our install day 2 days earlier than first scheduled. I look forward to using his company for all of our air and heating needs. Thank you Jose!!!

They cut corners on my mom's installation. 1 year later and she is still dealing with issues and with now the city breathing down her neck because her home is a fire risk. She finally paid out of her own pocket to have an electrician come check it out and they purposely connected her ac unit incorrectly to cut down on time and costs for them. Very unprofessional. We do have email proof and will be contacting state licensing board.

I highly recommend Quantum Air. Our HVAC system acted up during the cold weather last week and Jose came over within a couple hours of receiving our call. He was very professional and friendly. And, he fixed the problem for a very reasonable fee. We'll definitely be using Quantum Air for all of our future HVAC needs.
This was for a repair at a property other than home. Jose was on time, diligent and his pricing was to industry standards. He does both commercial and residential work. Nice seeing you again and meeting your staff. Liked the invoice sent via email and ability to pay online. Quantum has over 50 years combined experience in the industry. When there was a concern or question, Jose cleared it up on Saturday morning. So grateful for you handling this and for the guarantee on your work. Repair was done same day, on site. He is licensed.

I thought my AC at the end of it life. José came out, refilled the freon and let the coils defrost. It's been working like a charm ever since! Highly recommended.

I have used Jose at Quantum AC for about 5 years now. The service has been excellent. He is dependable, honest, professional, reliable, and knows what he’s doing. I recommend Quantum without hesitation.
I used their services for the last 4 years. Jose was quick to respond to my call to schedule a service for my unit. Once you’re in their system it’s easy to communicate with them. There was a little bit of a delay on the time of appt but it’s understandable. They came and figure out what was wrong with my unit and be able to fix it on that same day. I am satisfied with their service and their professionalism and knowledge about the job.
We are quite pleased with the service we received. He came out on a Tuesday, diagnosed the issue and found us the cheapest way to handle it, returned with a crew the following day and fixed everything! So glad to have our AC fixed in this crazy summer heat. Will definitely call them again in the future for maintenance!
