I called Lucky Air because despite having a service contract with Goettl for my elderly parents' home, they canceled my request for urgent service at the last minute and said that they could not schedule me for another week. With the forecast predicting us to be in high 90's, this was unacceptable. When I called Lucky Air, Liz was immediately sympathetic to my parents' situation and despite her team also being fully booked, she made the effort to call her techs to see who was willing to make an evening call (prior to the 4th of July holiday)! Sure enough, Jacob H. came to our rescue at 6pm (after driving all the way back from service calls in San Diego). Unfortunately, the issue is serious (which Goettl should've caught in maintenance visits) and requires more diagnostics and parts, but Jacob was very thorough, professional and reassuring. If Liz and Jacob are a reflection of Lucky Air's whole team, I feel confident that I will always to be treated with care and integrity.

Excellent and professional service by Jacob holden. Checked inside and out. Cleaned outside system, cleaned out overflow pipe, registers all working, system cooling excellent. 👍 told me what he was going to do first, and then did it. Outstanding.
Omar was great! He did the service, checked everything out and recommended some services. These were things my former maintenance guy never mentioned in all the years I used him. Omar just made suggestions and told us what they charged. Very reasonable prices. I have signed on for regular maintenance and will be using Lucky Air for duct cleaning and register sealing in the near future.
Anthony did an amazing job on our pre-summer HVAC inspection. Knowledgable, thorough, professional and explained everything in detail. I was surprised when he said it was only $89 for the inspection. Great job Lucky Air!
Ray and his team are very professional and responsive! Even when they had a problem with my old house's electrical, they found a way to make it work! I would use them again

From the demo to the final touches I’m 100% satisfied. All I need now is permits and inspection.
Lucky Air was recommended to us by a family friend that owns a commercial refrigeration company. When our furnace died on a Friday we called them and Raven showed up within several hours. Noting that our entire cooling/heating system was over 25 years old and repair costs might be expensive we decided on a new system (we had planned on replacing for the past several years because of age and very noisy). Raven showed us several options based on price and efficiency. The price was fair and offered numerous warranty and maintenance benefits. One concern we had was the "popcorn texture " we had in the furnace closet, I wanted to remove that prior to the new furnace being installed. Raven arranged for him and a co-worker to come out on Monday to remove the furnace and A/C unit, this allowed me Tuesday to clean up the area. Wednesday Ronnie, Mike, and Christian showed up, preparing the area, installing the furnace and A/C condenser. Very professional, courteous, and hard working employees. Thursday a subcontractor of Lucky Air's removed all the old asbestos ducts, completely sealing off their work area in the attic. Again these individuals were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Friday the crew was back to install the new fiberglass ducts, new thermostat, and complete the hook ups and operation. The whole project was outstanding and we're completely satisfied. They stayed in contact with us all week, notifying us when they were arriving. With a maintenance program, we look forward to working with Lucky Air for years to come

I have two units for both A/C and furnace. One unit was broken for both A/C and heat, and the other one was close to breaking down. Mike at Lucky Air Inc. did a great job in replacing both of our units in a quick, timely manner.
Great technician. Got my problem solved right away. In retro. though a digital smart thermostat could have been sold to me rather then an over-priced analog meter, also I could have had a rebate with a smart meter and one week after they did there work the entire system went down.
Was able to figure out why my ducting smelled mildewing when my heater was on. Great service company!
Omar and Ricki did a great job replacing my heater and making sure that everything connected to it was working properly. Omar was very knowledgeable, hard working and professional. Extremely satisfied with all the work they did.

Anthony Acosta provided excellent service on my mini-split and my central heater. He is very professional and customer service oriented. Unfortunately, he had an accident backing out of my driveway and knocked over my gate post. He apologized and let me know he would repair it soon. Lucky Air contacted me immediately to schedule the repair. Within a few days, both Anthony and his supervisor Ray Lapetina, came over and made the repair. Anthony and Ray are men who make good on their promises. They said they would "make it right", and they did. Thank you Anthony and Ray! And thank you all at Lucky Air. You all provide great customer service.
From start to finish…from the time David came to talk to us and give us a quote. He explained in detail, in terms I could understand, right to the guys being here to install our system and explaining how the new thermostat works, to our actual system. Our new system is so quiet that when I turned on the heater this morning I had to get up and see if I actually turned it on. I am so extremely pleased with the whole experience.

Omar Zamarron was the assigned technician to troubleshoot the problem that I encountered most recently. He diagnosed the problem and worked on the situation at hand professionally. He communicated to me the problem, and what he was going to do to remedy the situation. I was very pleased with his professionalism and demeanor. Thank you.
