Anthony Weller was our service technician he arrived on time, did a very good maintenance job. He was the technician who checked our old air conditioner/heater unit which was the original unit for the house installed in 1979. He and gave us a very good price on a brand new unit 6 months ago. If we ever need servicing we will definitely request Anthony Weller.
Edit: it looks like most of the 5 star reviews aren’t real. Questionable installation. 33% non functional at this point. I’m assuming they’ll fix the non functional portion eventually. Spent $20,000 and nowhere near happy happy happy. Two four and one nine hour shifts with three installers. One seemed to know what he was doing, the other two not so much. The knowledgeable one seemed to be frustrated and overwhelmed. Marcus was great. He was thorough, patient, informative and friendly. We joined the maintenance plan and would love to have Marcus manage our maintenance.
My tech Jeff was top notch, he came in explained to me what he was going to do and walk me through the process. He found the issue with my A/C unit and gave me three options, he gave me the pros and cons of all three options and let me choose what I wanted or better yet fit my budget.
Jacob was super friendly yet very professional and knowledgeable. He seemed to enjoy his job, which is very important too.
We trust Goettl immensely!! Had whole new system heating and A/c installed today. Josh and Juan spent the whole day being efficient and we are soo proud to have a quality Goettl system in our home! Warranty is amazing!
Justin was great! Very professional and understanding. Also very informative on how everything works and explained what to do and recommendations he had for us in the future. We always use Geottl for our plumbing, AC, and furnace Maitenance. I always recommend your company to family and friends and your customer service is always top tier, from the phone calls (we had Nicole today) to the technicians (we had Justin today)
We booked online on Sunday the 2nd of July. We got confirmation on the 3rd at 8:30 a.m. then got a call at 9:15 a.m. was told they overbooked, and it was canceled. I called back to speak to a representative to verify it was canceled, and they said they would put me back on the schedule for today but it would be after 5 p.m. At 4:30 p.m. called to get an ETA they said it was canceled and no one was going to be coming out today. Representative said we can put you down for Wednesday the 5th I said ok then I get a text today the 5th that they can not make it out tell the 7th. A company that prides it self on customer service and promises not doing a good job. I will not be using them now or in the future. Lucky Air keeps their promises they will be out this morning. Bigger Companies do not mean there better.

Great experience! Our AC was blowing warm so our tech recommended a rejuvenation and we are super happy with the results. Super respectful and professional. Transparent about pricing as well. We signed up for their monthly membership and will be using their services in the future.
Zach and Paul came to evaluate and did a great job! They even gave me a temporary new hot line to my water heater till the install crew could get out to install new system. Thanks Guys!!
The technician, Jose arrived on time, was friendly and explained every task he completed. He took the time to explain the importance and function of my AC unit in terms I understood. I don’t have any experience with hvac repairs so first impressions mean a lot for me. Skyler came very professional and gave a complete breakdown of everything I need to do. He went further as to explain why a certain repair needs to be done so I didn’t feel like they were trying to up charge. Overall, Skyler was a great first impression towards earning my business.
Although I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone else, I would like to say that the technician sent to my home today was extremely professional and courteous. He was tasked to seal the registers/vents in the ceiling as well as, sealing the hallway closet where the furnace is located. He was meticulous with cleaning up the areas that worked. I had Goettl come out to fix my a/c. Ibrahim came out and he was the nicest tech. He was polite and very informative. I really enjoyed working with him.
Technicians we professional and polite. They worked efficiently and explained every step. Not he least expensive but he quality of work was worth it.
