The technician, Omit, arrived on time, was friendly, explained things, made recommendations to assist life of system, thoroughly reviewed and checked all components and left no mess.
These guys are great. We had several issues with our heating unit and they where persistent in trouble shooting the problem and finally solved the issue without having to buy a new unit as recommended by another HVAC service company. I’d recommend AirPlus to anyone needing HVAC service. They are professional, friendly, and timely.

Upon arrival, the technician was very respectful and curteous. Even placed boot covers over his shoes to not track in dirt. Excellent customer service. Nelson C. is very professional and knowledgeable in HVAC. Thorough in explaining all findings from the maintenance inspection. Took a lot of pictures, which was extremely helpful. Replaced filter and thermostat.
