My mother used this company at the last minute when her heater went out. It was the weekend and Vartan was available on the weekend. He arrived on Saturday which she was very thankful for. He surveyed her unit on the roof and said she needed a new "motherboard" to control the heater. Well, he came back on the following Monday and installed the part. On Amazon, the part is UNDER $200. For Vartan's service, he charged my mom over $1,300.00!! He severely gauged my mom and took advantage of her, her age and situation. I can understand him needing to run a business and make an income BUT under no circumstance would she or I recommend TNS Air unless you want your bank account at $0.00 after his service.
