Eric was very professional from start to finish! He came out to diagnose some warm areas of our home and then gave us very detailed and fairly priced estimates. He kept us very well informed of each step of the process, sent notifications when he was on his way and arrived on time. He also did an amazing job of checking out the entire system, cleaned up thoroughly and explained in detail about the completed work along with suggestions on how to optimize our system to its full potential. We will definitely be using them again and would definitely recommend them.
This is a great company that does great work fast without charging an arm and a leg. Very pleased with Eric who was very friendly and professional. We had another company out first who said we need to buy a whole new unit. Eric just made some adjustments and the system runs great. Highly recommend Eric at Temp Pro.

I have owned my house for twenty years have now lived in it for five years, a neighbor recommended Eric from temp pro, in a five year period he is the only one that I call back for service, I can count on his honesty and quality work, it's unfortunate that there are so few like him, in today's market most seem to care less about retaining their customers. Hands down the best AC/Heating company in the valley. Eric is professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He is also so polite and goes out of his way to make sure you understand what you are getting and how everything works. Great price, great service, and great company. HIGHLY recommend.
Eric came out when he said he would. It was nice that I received a reminder that he was on his way. He performed a full diagnostic of my system and was able to answer all my questions. He took the time to walk me through the entire system and explained how it worked and where the problem was coming from. After his evaluation of what needed to be fixed he gave me options to choose from. There was never any pressure from him to replace or buy a new unit. Eric was very easy to work with and very professional in his knowledge of my AC system. I will continue to use Temp Pro to maintain my AC/Heating system.

Eric answered his phone, we created an appointment, he arrived at the beginning of the appointment window and he crawled up the latter to my roof all within a 2 hour time period. I was blown back by his promptness and professionalism. He was kind, and answered all of my random questions and got me back up and running in no time. I’ll definitely be referring him out to my friends and family and will probably sign up for bi-annual preventative service and maintenance.

Eric is very pleasant and hard working. He goes out of his was to respect your house, always placing boot covers on when he enters and even not making a lot of noise when our baby was asleep. I would recommend Eric and Temp Pro without reservation.
