$1700 to clearn my AC and add 2 lb of antifreeze is a little high. Unless that the going rate with all the AC repair right now. Nothing against them but it was $800+ to clearn the AC. The guy told me he will not be able to tell me what is wrong with it unless he clearn it. That's $800+. In my mind, do I paid the $100 and call someone else to see if it's cheaper? $800 is a lot of money for 10 minutes work, but he say the chemicals cost money. So I went with it. After it's clearn. I'm $900 in the work. The bad news is my AC is leaking. Will cost $5000 to $7000 to fix it. Or $30000 for a new one. But it's out of antifreeze and it will be $350+ per pound. So I added 2 lb, that's how my total was $1700. Just putting some # out there to see if that's too high or it's the going rate. So $9000 to fix or $30000 for a new unit. Remember I bought this for less than $7000 20 to 25 years ago.
Waited 365 days to leave review. Lee's answered and responded quickly. Came out immediately and made a diagnosis: my unit was too old to repair. Needed a new unit with a rough estimate of 4500 but needed a sales person to get the exact quote. Called Mr cool and they offered to get it going that day with a 500 generic part that may not last or the exact part that would take a few days for 750. Went the 750 route and we're still working.

Outstanding service!! Technician Yee Yang came to repair our HVAC system and did an outstanding job!!! He was incredibly professional, courteous, honest and knowledgeable!! He provided exceptional service and we are now loyal customers!! We will only call Lee’s Air from here on out!!
The employees are very friendly and explain everything in detail. I just think the prices are very unreasonable though.
We have used Lee’s Air for several years now. We buy their annual service plan and have been very pleased. The techs have been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful of property. Most recently we had a technician Paul M who was amazing!
Paul was my service technician and he was awesome! Very thorough and took the time to explain to me (and show me) how my system worked and what needed attention. Highly recommend Lees and Paul.
Jesse Gomez and his associate were a life saver. I had to shut the water off to my house because my shower faucet broke. Jesse re- arranged his schedule to fit me in and I was very grateful. These guys were friendly, fast, and efficient. I will definitely call them for future projects and I highly recommend them. Thank You!!
We had a back up in our bathroom drain that turned out to be a major repair. Old house that had some weird plumbing done years ago and Lees was able to figure it our and get the issue fixed. The crews that came our were friendly, professional. They were on time, sent us notices when they were on there way. Five star all the way. By the way, we called two others before calling Lees (Gary's and Mr. Rooter) and never got a call back. We would recommend Lees without hesitation.

Lee’s plumbing replaced my garbage disposal due to corrosion and leakage. The garbage disposal had to be replaced. Javier arrived on time and had parts required to fix my disposal. He was courteous, informative and very professional. Thank you Javier

The technician, David, was very professional, let us know what he was doing and why, and finished up in a timely manner. His work, and Lee’s A/C, is very much appreciated.
I felt that this service wasnt that great of a value. The technician would only do the general diagnostic and voltage tests. The unit wasnt opened to look at the fan blades or motor themselves. *reported loud spinning noise from it turning and we used WD-40 the day before we called and I guess that worked. I wouldnt use this company again because of the lackluster job "if it isnt making noise then nothing we can do approach ". I wish more would of been done since the ac is really needed right now but i guess i had to call for "maintenace".
Lee's is great! I had a great experience with calling in to schedule an AC tuneup, the follow-up reminders of the appointment and ease of communication bia txt, and Jesse was really great when he arrived. He was very respectful of the property, and a great personality. He explained everything very well, and their process of photo documentation was superb. The price is very reasonable. I'm looking forward to more great experiences from Lee's as we look into other service needs. They also have a membership for maintenance which is a great savings.
4/4/22 Reuben and Juan responded for Lee's to replace a leaking food disposal and service my tankless water heater. They are both highest of caliber and knowledgeable. Their professional demeanor os fantastic. They told me of my options and benefits to each option. Will rely on Lee's experts for service! 5/5/22 Eric and co-worker (forgot to ask) replaced filters, checked temps, preventative maintenance on A/C prior to heavy use (triple digits on the way!), discovered needed capacitor replacement. Absolutely professional and will only rely on Lee's!! Great service and fantastic customer care.
We have a Rheem brand hot water heater that has an error code stating the Thermopile has low voltage. I called Lee’s and made an appointment for them to come out to replace the unit for me. Raul arrived on time and was very polite during the appointment. However, and I think this needs to be mentioned up front before you agree to schedule an appointment with Lee’s, I was informed by Raul they do not have the ability to obtain parts for the Rheem brand of hot water heaters. Had I known beforehand Lee’s wouldn’t have been able to order the necessary parts for repair then I would have gone with another plumber. The $50 I paid to have him come out and repair a part went towards him making a sales call providing me quotes to install a completely new hot water heater in addition to an extended warranty and a membership of some sort. One of the quotes did include the option to replace the part if I ordered it myself from Rheem. I feel like there should be a list of manufacturers Lee’s won’t be able to obtain parts for that customers can peruse before making the choice to schedule an appointment.
I had some water damage to a vanity and didn’t know If I had a leak or if it was moisture from the shower. The response time was much faster than expected, Cory the technician was great. I’ve used Lee’s previously for a variety of things and the service has always been great.
They were very quick to respond when my AC wouldn't turn on, even on a Friday afternoon when other companies were saying their next available appt time would be the following week. My service technician Aaron was very polite, friendly and very thorough and informative when going over his findings.
We are new in the area and needed a tub faucet repaired. Lee was recommended, so we called them first. We were pleased with the job and the two men that did the job. They were profe, kind, and quick. No complaints. Will call again if needed for additional services.
