Had a scheduled appointment with this company and they arrived 4 hours early without notice and he was upset because my parents were not home. Then the whole time gives attitude to my father yelling at him being disrespectful and unprofessional about his old unit. So upset with the poor quality of customer service that was received and lack of professionalism.
Omar Mojica was professional, and friendly! Very knowledgeable and gave us a good understanding of what was going on with our AC Unit. I would request him for any future issues with my heating and air conditioning!!
I could never say enough GREAT things about this company!! Incredible service from my initial phone call to follow up after the visit. We adore our tech, a local, Neil is the best! Chelli, in the office, is amazing and super friendly. With Royal Aire you feel more like family then a customer. Side note.. we signed up for the monthly $14.95 package and have already put it to use twice, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT>

Last fall, my mom’s a/c wasn’t cooling her house. Called Royal and they were able to come out. Service person stated her unit was leaking and couldn’t be repaired. Asked for an estimate for replacement unit. They quoted $11,000. Fast forward to last week, we decided to get another opinion and/or estimate. Called another local a/c business that was able to come out. This technician stated that the unit most likely has a pinhole leak and that others would say it’s not repairable but it is. Long story short, they were able to stop the leak and refill the coolant for $750. My mom’s on a fixed budget and while it was still $750, much more doable than $11,000.

igniter failed on gas furnace late wednesday after 5 pm. i called royal air. they sent a tech over. he found and fixed the issue. very nice job!
RIP OFF - should be named ROYAL RIP OFF. Had repair inspection performed, was quoted $1148 for new gas valve and $1079 for control board which was told was "not available". Turns out did not need new gas valve, only control board which found OEM for $74. In addition they tried scare tactics to sell a new system for over $14,000. Do not use, you've been warned.
We were very impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of our service technician, Forest. He took time to took the time to carefully inspect each of our units and to explain what needed to be done. Five stars plus.
We were scheduled to leave town on Friday, Thursday evening, AC stops working. We have a ill cat, can't leave her in a hot house. Called Royal Aire at 8AM on Friday. The service tech was there at 9:30, had the AC fixed and running better than before by 10AM. We were on the road by 10:30. Great service plan, and would highly recommended Royal Air Heating and AC. Technician, Forrest was great, polite and efficient. But salesman in my opinion is overly pushy. Instead of listening to your immediate issue he tries to sell you new heat and AC systems.
They were simply amazing. They got out to help us out of a jam. Didn't try to sell us anything just fixed the problem and answered our questions honestly and with respect.

Woke up with NO heat this morning, called Royal Aire at 8:00am had heat by 10:00 Thank you for the great response snd professional service. I am glad I use Royal Aire for HVAC, SPLIT AIR, SOLAR, GENERAC great service from knowledgeable people!
Our AC went out on a Friday night...everything we did to repair it Saturday did not work..so we of course had to find someone who would come out on a Saturday and not charge a crazy amount! We paid $109 for the trip out...not unheard of after calling other place and the tech was able to come out that day. He was quick, and explained the problem...easy fix. The part was definitely marked up...we could have paid significantly less if we bought it elsewhere...but for the convenience alone it was worth it!

Seen one of the drivers driving very carelessly with no concern for others on the road. I would not trust a company with people like this working for them. I saw him cut across 2 lanes on the highway and almost caused an accident. He just sped off doing at least 85mph
Our heater wasn't working, so I called Royal Heating & Air. A friendly person answered the phone, and we were able to get an appointment scheduled the very same day. The tech that visited was professional, didn't waste any time, and fixed the issue, and ended up charging us even less than quoted over the phone since the repair wasn't difficult. Would definitely recommend these guys!
