They rescheduled our appointment three times, then stood me up. Ridiculous! Wish I could bill them for all my time they wasted.

Our A/C died over the weekend. They setup an appointment and had a person come out to inspect it free of charge. He discovered the issue (a small filter unit fell into the fan) and resolved the problem. Even if they charge me for it, he was very nice and is looking into anything else we might need with the unit (almost 25 years old). So far I am very happy with their service.
