When they came to fix my Heating system they did not connect correctly and made us all sick from a leak CO2, worker stepped on condensation pipe for AC and failed to report or fix and now Im dealing with a massive hole in my ceiling along with black mold They will not answer or respond to my phone calls regarding this issue after speaking with them
When we got our new HVAC we were extremely satisfied with the entire experience, thanks to Alfred. The price was fair, and all our questions were answered in a courteous, timely, and helpful manner. The work was done professionally. I am happy to recommend EC. Just ask for Alfred.
Thanks to the team a Efficient Concepts we got our A/C replaced in the heat of summer when ours went out and it was some of the hottest days of the summer. This team worked through the heat of the day and replaced our HVAC system. Both Ben and his helper worked in the heat, and it was hot. They were here on time and did a great job, I also need to say his wife at the office always kept us informed and was very nice. I will use the word Honest to describe the team. Thank you so much, and keep up the GREAT work.
I had a problem with my air conditioner and Energy Concepts came out and assessed my problem within minutes after arriving. Alfred was very professional. On the morning of January 17th, I discovered my furnace not working. I called Efficient Energy Concepts to schedule service and was pleasantly surprised that they could send someone out that day. It was very cold that week and the cold spell was suppose to continue through the weekend so it was really great to hear that the system could possibly be running that day. Benjamin came out that afternoon and in no time had the system up and running. He explained to me what had happened and how it could be avoided in the future. He did not try to sell me a new system or any equipment that I didn't need. Benjamin offered a service agreement for scheduled annual maintenance to prevent this type of thing happening again. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and so helpful. Benjamin shared his cell number with me if I had any problems and offered to come out and fix the furnace if needed. He was very professional, conscientious and made me feel like I could rely on him to keep my system running smoothly. I couldn't recommend him more highly!

I have had Efficient Concepts (formerly Efficient Energy Concepts) help me three times now with three different issues as our house seems to disintegrate slowly. They fixed the radiant floor heating manifold, troubleshot an AC problem, and just now fixed the rat-infested wiring of our heating unit. On all three occasions, they came out very quickly, the technician was courteous and capable, and the customer service was excellent. I can only recommend Efficient Concepts for all AC/heating needs--they are indeed efficient!
The service was professional and Alferd was as well, willing to take on the job when others were to timid. I appreciate the time he took out of his day to show me things I did not understand and had brought professional equipment to prove he can get the job done.

I have 2 rental properties in Chico and in the peak of Summer heat, one of the A/C units stopped working. Efficient Concepts responded quickly and communicated throughout the entire process. The A/C was back up and running in no time with a repair that saved me a great deal of money! I trust their knowledge and honesty along with professional, prompt service. They are now my go-to pros!

I called Alfred this week because my ac broke. I am disabled and the heat exacerbated my symptoms and with it just below the 100 degree mark I was worried when RB Spencer said it was a 6-8 week wait! The closest I could get was still a week off so when Alfred said he’d come by after his last job I was so surprised and thankful! He fixed the motor and put coolant in and his prices are very reasonable- he didn’t gouge me for being after hours. He was very nice, patient and explained things well. With the kind of service I got, this business is going to take off fast when people find they can get the kind of prompt service for good rates like I got! Thank you Alfred!
