Class and honesty with old school service. Use these guys. The owner personally came out when I thought I needed a new system due to Chico's largest AC company telling me I needed a new unit. Could have sold me a new unit but instead figured out my unit had no real problems. The woman who runs the office has equal class and great customer service. Don't be a number but be a valued customer and get treated as such. A+++++ is this company

Air Art did a custom installation of a Quiet Cool attic fan that I had modified to have additional capabilities. They handled the changes with no problems and everything works and looks great.

We had Air Art to look at our whole house fan, they tightened the belt and we were charged 165.00. The next day it stopped running. We called and talked with someone, and they said they would call us back… never heard back from them 😞
Called Wednesday in the heat wave, got an appointment Thursday noontime. The technician was very nice, courteous and diagnosed the part, replaced it and didn't try to sell me something else. These guys are the greatest. I always recommend them!
We are regular clients of Air-Art. They keep our HVAC system in great running order. This time we called them out to repair our AC. The local temperatures have been over 100 degrees and our AC stopped blowing cool air. The technician came out that very day, quickly assessed what was wrong and repaired it. He had the needed parts in his vehicle. We were very impressed with his professionalism and proficiency!
they performed the yearly cleaning/maintenance on our 1 yr old ductless mini split system. the tech was helpful, early, answered our questions, explained what he was doing and cleaned up after his work. And oh yes, the maintenance was very affordable for 1.5 hrs work.
The repair man was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I was very pleased with Air Arts maintenance inspection of our HVAC. The tech was very thorough, and did a great job of explaining what was needed. Would recommend them with absolutely no reservations.
We recently had Air Art out for our Bryant ductless mini split at our office. Our technician was great and stuck with it while working with the manufacturer to diagnose and get our air blowing cold again. He wore a face mask the whole time he was working and practiced social distancing while at our office, very much appreciated during these times. And when the factory supplied repair part made the issue worse, he was back the next business day, all during our first heat wave of the year. The office was very prompt at contacting me to let me know about my appointments as well.
I have used Air-Art since I moved to Chico, 4 years ago. They did the inspections on two property purchases, and do semi annual check ups of the systems. They send me reminders, which is very helpful. Their technicians are always on time , knowledgeable and give me a run down of the condition of my system .
