I am not even sure where to start with this review because everything and when I say EVERYTHING about Manuel and his service was nothing short of remarkable. Currently my 82 year old mother is staying with me and has not been doing well at all. It has been a trying time for my family but rest assure, my mother is my main priority. Upon bringing her here from the Bay Area the heat in my home stopped working. It continuously went off after only being on for 2 minutes and the temp in the house was dropping down to the 60’s. I went all over buying space heaters but it still was not enough. I had called several places and everyone was either charging through the roof or was not available and I needed someone urgent. I called Superior Systems with a not so optimistic outlook and I was prepared to be turned away, but I was very wrong. Manuel was like a breath of fresh air. He set up a time with me to come the same day and he did just that, came the same day and was even early. Now if that isn’t great customer service, I don’t know what is. Manuel came into my home as though we had known each other a lifetime. He was patient, he was kind, he was respectful, and had so much compassion for what I had been going through. You know when you think of a person coming to service your home, you don’t think that you will have a connection because it is a business transaction where you pay for the service, service is rendered, and that is the end. That was not the case with Manuel, he was like the bestfriend you never knew you needed. It was not just a business transaction, he made me a priority and showed me that I mattered, that my mother mattered. With all of that on top of getting the job done with ease, calling Superior Systems was the best thing I could have ever done and I only wished I knew about this company sooner because not only did he do a great job on the work and had my heat up and ready for this weather, he lifted my spirits and Customer Service like that is truly
My grandma called a company to check out her heater and they were trying to sell her a whole new unit for $15,000. I called Manuel and he came out to check out the unit and it was just a part that needed to be replaced for less than $400! So grateful there is still honest people out there not trying to get over on the elderly.
Great guy very quick and prompt on time
A company came out and I am not going to say who. Sold me a $12,000 system. Decided to get a second opinion and thank God I did! Superior Systems fixed it and did not upsell. Cleaned it and waited for payment until next month. Thank you Manuel.
I could not have chosen a better company to install a new AC unit. They were priced well, they communicated all processes, they came the next day to make sure everything was running perfect. They were clean, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.

My family recently got a new puppy and he got ahold of her AC unit in the backyard, thankfully we were able to find a fast responding decently priced professional to come quick and help us out ! We were so grateful and the work was beautiful he replaced everything and made it look nicer then it looked even before the pup got a hold of it . grate guys very nice highly recommend! I will be calling them back if needed! Thanks again guys we are happy 😊
Manual was very professional, he did not try to up sale me for something I didn’t need. He was here when he said he would be, and stayed till the job was done. I recommend him for any service to your HVAC system, and I will have him back out when needed. Plus he is a all around good guy, very friendly.
Manuel Torres, Superior Systems Air &Heat, did a great job "repairing" our air conditioning system. He came to service us the day after calling. Although it was my fault for not keeping up with changing my filters, Manuel gave me tips on how to maintain my system. He completed the job by hosing down the unit, something that no one has ever done, and then he swept the roof off. I, without hesitation, recommend Manuel for any problems or repairs with air conditioners.

Manuel is very professional, honest, and helpful. Another company tried to upsell my parents on something they did not need. I called Manuel for help. He told us what we needed without costing us an arm and a leg. I’ve also used Manuel for my home unit. He was quick and extremely helpful!

My AC started giving me issues, I called around to see if I was able to get someone out that same day. I spoke with Manuel on a triple digit day, he said he had a full schedule but would fit me into his route. This gentleman was delightful to have come into my home. He was very helpful, friendly and assured I understood what the issue and solution was. May I add he was quite handsome. :) Would definitely recommend.
