I was a new customer, having just moved here, but that did not seem to matter. Jeff treated me like his most important customer and he worked hard to make sure that everything was right before he left. Highly recommended!
Jeff and his entire team did a wonderful job with the installation of my AC. Great communication from start to finish and on time, knowledgeable and made recommendations after listening to my AC needs. From Jeff, Mark to Veronica everyone was excellent. great customer service, patient and helpful and I was very pleased with the entire AC process. I would recommend from small jobs to big. Keep up the great work!
Over the last year I've used Frosty's for both residential and commercial work at 2 bars. I've also recommended them to many people who've always given me a great review for the work they do. Professional, fast, and the best pricing. They've installed and worked on our Rooftop AC units, hot water heaters, ice machines, keg coolers, god probably other things too that weren't well maintained in the past. He's come up with repairs where other HVAC folks told us we'd have to replace equipment. Showed us preventative maintenance we can do ourselves to extend the life of our equipment. Honestly in a year like this one, where we've been closed for months and open to limited capacity and every dollar matters more than ever, having a trustworthy HVAC guy in our corner has eliminated a great deal of stress. After 4 years in the desert I still can't recommend a plumber or electrician, but I'm really grateful to be able to recommend Frosty's.
They service my home and business. They are reliable, professional and honest.
They left in the middle of a service call and never came back or called.....Guess they don't need my business.
