We have used Chaffin for several years for routine HVAC service. They have always been professional, timely, responsive and pleasant to deal with. Some of the negative posts for them sound as if it's a different company. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service. These guys are honest and professional. My AC stopped blowing cold last night. I did some research and thought I figured out the problem. When they came out they listened to me even though I admittedly didn’t know what I was talking about and checked that first. It turned out to be the issue. They Let me know my options and replaced the part quickly and at a great price. My family is finally cool again. I can’t thank them enough for all of their help. I highly recommend them for any AC needs.
The employer spoke the most unprofessional I have ever seen in my life. They cussed me out and didn’t show up when they were contacted. This business should not even be open with the amount of unprofessionalism that they gave me. Absolutely horrendous service and professionalism. They deserve zero stars.
Well thank God for yelp! Today at approximately 12:12 I was driving on gerald ford going east bound. When I was purposely cutting of 3 times by a unsafe chaffin driver.i managed to get a picture of the licence plates and the vehical. If the company allows there employees to drive unsafe and cut off of unsuspected public drivers they should really reevaluate there employees. In a world where company values and courtesy mean everthing and safe driving mean a whole lot. Your company should offer your employees safe driving g lessons. #CHAFFINUNSAFEDRIVERS. Prompt, courteous service. The office staff was very responsive, picked up the phone every time I called. No need to leave messages. Techs showed up on time and were efficient and knowledgeable. I will call on Chaffin Air for all my heating and AC needs. Recommend them highly Another 5 star rating. Fast efficient service. Again I highly recommend Chaffin Air

We had our entire AC & heater replaced, all new ducting, added vents and moved the heater from a closet to the attic. We got a MUCH better price on everything than any other company who handles work through the HERO program. Quotes for the same work were upwards of $28,000 from other companies, because they figure they can nickel & dime you since you're not payimg up front. He did great work and took much more time and care than I would have expected for the price. It's been over a year now, and everything works great. We will definitely use them for any work we may need in the future.
I was recommended by a realtor these people to fix my heater. Since I was not on the property and told them how to get in and "WHICH" heater to fix, they assumed it was the heater with a service door open... and not the one that needed to be fixed. Which the broken one had the main cover off and gas shut off. HELLO. So now I was charged a service fee of $150.00 for the non broken one that was not asked to be looked at. To make this better, my vacation renter had to deal with a broken heater till they got the right one fixed! and they still requested 225.00 service fee for which they were asked to fix ing the beginning. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
