Phil came by on short notice and checked on our HVAC unit, thankfully we didn’t need a repair this time, but he was incredibly knowledgeable and really informative. He doesn’t try to sell you on anything you don’t need and seems to really care about his clients. Will definitely be recommending him and his company to anyone I know. Always love supporting local businesses that go above and beyond to do a great job. Thanks again Phil!

When our HVAC gave out, the folks at Bronco were able to come out in the same day to see what might be the problem. After offering options for repair or replacement, we opted for replacement--with some anxiety about what the potential cost might be. That said, within one week we had a new energy efficient Heat Pump HVAC installed at a cost that was lower than expected. While we're grateful to have heat in our home again, we're even more thankful for the human touch and clear communication we got from Bronco. I give them my highest recommendation!
We had 2 other techs come out to try and figure out why our AC was not working efficiently. One recommended on the age of our unit to replace it . Bronco heating and air came out and diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly . I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a tech who will explain whats going on and be upfront and honest with you .

I recently purchased a 5 ton split gas system from BPHA. I got three bids and Bronco came in at the lowest price. The quality of install seems to be really good. I am satisfied with my system. The inspector came out and said he was satisfied. I would hire them again. I probably will because I have another unit that needs to be replaced soon. Also, their crew is really nice. Good people!

Great customer service! Phil arrived on time, Informed me on what needed to be done and fixed my AC in a timely manner. I felt that I was treated honest and fairly for the job he performed.
Today, Bronco completed work on my older HVAC that was inconsistently blowing air (off/on) by replacing a circuit board and rewiring some circuits. I found the technician to be highly competent, a good communicator, and on time. The price for the circuit board and labor seemed very fair. No deposit or initial labor cost was incurred until the part was installed and the work was completed on the second visit. The old circuit board was provided after the job and it clearly had heat/electrical damage, probably caused by the wiring. Heat and Cool are working now, but the verdict is still out on whether the re-wiring of the AC component will work out until the weather turns warmer. I'll post an update at that time, but if the AC works as expected over the summer, Bronco will have saved me some serious $$$.
If you want to job done right the first time then do not go anywhere but bronco plumbing heating and air. They save me from another company. Phil, Ryan, lance, Jesse are all awesome, honest and decent people. Use bronco. You will not regret it.

I will never call another plumbing company! I purchased an older home not too long ago and it has had some plumbing issues. Each time I have had to call Bronco I have gotten Lupe the lead plumber, and let me tell you he is fantastic! Honest company, with reasonable quotes. They are knowledgeable and they really work with you. I feel very taken care of every time I have made an appointment. Great customer service and an honest company who doesn't overcharge! Always more than satisfied with my experience.
Honest, straightforward, thorough, and frankly self-sacrificing; he really actually cares about his customers. I came to get a quote about using a rooftop unit on the side of the house. It's a feasible project, mind you, but about double what I could afford. I feel bad that I wasted his time. These units are a lot more expensive than I thought. Much to his own demise, he gave me a bunch of advice about how to do it myself, to the point that I'm confident that I can do the job myself. I feel really bad that I wasted his time. I offered him cash for his time but he wouldn't even take that.
Excellent service. We have used Phil and Bronco Heating and Air for nine years and three houses. Always responsive, on time and fixed the first time. Pricing is great too.
