Weak rude staff
Everyone is always helpful here, from delivery guy to counter guys. Claudio and Cornelio always goes extra miles for us to make sure we gets taken care of, Ferguson been our primary hvac supply store and we will continue shop here. ~Western Air Mechanical
Their on-line presence should indicate that they only sell with licensed contractors only. Not end users. Being listed as "Wholesale" is just not definitive enough since I purchase item from several companies that claim to be Wholesale. Very disappointing because I suspect they have what I need, in stock.
