I highly recommend using Comfort Climate Control. I was able to get a same-day appointment and get OEM parts ordered and installed all on the same day. The pricing is also extremely fair. Our experience with Comfort Climate Control was a pleasant one. Finding a professional company that treats you like family is not easy to find. Our HVAC system was not working as before. The heater was acting up since last December and it was raining and our house was freezing. My repairman told me I have to buy a new replacement, it cannot be repaired. I tried calling 3 companies, left a voice message. Hoping someone will return my call. It was a blessing when Connie called me back. I've been praying for a company I can trust. GOD answered through Connie. From the start, she helped us in the process of acquiring the HVAC. She taught us a lot in buying a new HVAC. The installation was very professional. Mark and Abraham was very thorough in dismantling my old one and installing the new HVAC. Mark make sure that the heater is working right. He even told us that we have to make sure some of the tiles in my roof need to be fixed. If you are looking for a company that you can trust and not worry about anything. I will tell you one thing. Call Comfort Climate Control, you can trust them. They treat you like family. Thank you Connie Ramirez for all your help. Very thankful they were able to quickly get a technician to fix my AC, especially since it was during the busy September 2022 heat wave. Connie was very courteous and great with communication and coordination by phone/e-mail. The technician Abraham was very personable, professional and informative.
They did a very thorough job and showed me the reports from their work. I will definitely use them again.
Just had a new heating and cooling system installed by Comfort Climate. This one replaced our old unit which just so happened to be installed by Comfort Climate in 1999. This would be our second unit installed by this company and am quite satisfied with the results. In between, they have done all the service and maintenance on our system. Thank you!

We recommend Comfort Climate to all our friends and family. We just replaced our 26 year old system with a new heat pump. The new Trane unit is very quiet. We are very happy with the installation and service provided by the technicians all the staff at Comfort Climate.
Prompt, professional service. I have them out two times a year to check up on both the heating and air conditioning. As always, the office staff was friendly and informative and the technician was prompt and professional. I will be using them for any future HVAC needs and highly recommend them.
If you have read several of these reviews, you must be bored by now – they are all good! And I can only add to your boredom: this company is really good, efficient, reliable, and professional. I decided in August to replace my 42-years old HVAC with a heat pump + air handler. My first three contacts were miserable: no call back for one month, unwilling to give a written estimate, etc. Then I found Connie who actually picked up the phone (!) and in a week I had a team of two who replaced in one day the whole system. They were very organized: a truck in the early morning to deliver the new equipment, very efficient in removing the old stuff, and a truck later to pick it up. By 6PM they were done. We just had a small issue with my Nest thermostat which is now resolved. Also, I requested to check the speed of the blower which seemed to be too high, and they sent a technician the next day to reduce the speed and bring the noise to a very acceptable level. The technicians were competent, experienced, and polite. I am glad I found this company – they are the best, especially if you want a Trane system like me. Oh, and I forgot to tell you that they are also reasonably priced

I’ve been using Comfort Climate to service my A/C for about 16 years. My A/C was broken few days ago, called their customer service & spoke with Connie & she sent the technician on the same day. Pete found out the A/C motor was broken & Connie ordered the parts immediately with expedited the shipping. As soon as she received the parts, she called me up & set up the appointment on that same day. Pete showed up on time & repaired my A/C. He did an awesome job. He is very professional. He answered all my questions or concerns. Great work Comfort Climate team! This company is highly recommended for all your A/C needs.

I have used Comfort Climate Control two times now. This passed weekend my air conditioner stop producing cold air. I waited till Monday to call C.C.C. To come and check it out. Of course they were busy and couldn’t come same day but I trust them and I told Connie that I would wait my turn. Sure enough 9am on Tuesday Pete came to save the day! He fixed the broken part and got it all taken care of. Than you Comfort Climate Control. You guys have a forever loyal customer. I appreciate your help very much!
Comfort Climate Control was the best HVAC Contractor I have ever had do work on my family’s home Air Conditionong System in The San Gabriel Valley Area. I called and was greeted with such an understanding and helpful person named Connie. She was so helpful and even though it was last minute she was able to schedule the repair within hours. There was no Air Conditioning and when their Service Tech Pete came he was able to find the problem and repair it within minutes of his arrival. Pete was respectful and extremely professional and we had air right away. I can’t say enough about this wonderful A/C Contractor and his expertise! The owner was especially helpful and even though I was a new customer he treated me as though I had been a client forever. THAT’S THE KIND OF COMPANY A CLIENT WISHES THEY HAD!! I can’t say enough about how thankful I am to have had such luck to be able to get service so quickly even though they were extremely busy. I had called between 5 and 10 other A/C Contractors in the area and not one offered any help. The owner, Mark has definitely got a wonderful staff who are trained to help and smile even when it’s extremely hot and they were extremely busy. Pete Paterson fixed my air conditioner which works fine now. it had a plugged condenser PVC water vent pipe. He had the tools and know how to fix it and fixed it. I am very happy. I have had 3 other air conditioning repair people over to help me, and they all want to sell me a new air conditioner. They don't want to fix the problem. Pete fixed the problem. I am going to recommend him to my neighbors and friends that have similar problems. I am a happy customer.
They responded quickly and were out the next day. He price was reasonable and they had my AC unit back up and running in minutes. I will keep them in my contacts.
I hired Comfort Climate about two years ago to install a whole house HVAC system -- from the moment I first met with an agent to discuss my needs, to the semi-annual service, I have found them to be responsive, patient and thorough. If there was even a need to reschedule or a technician was late, they would contact me so I wasn't surprised. Overall, have found them to be a reliable trust-worthy company.
Arrived as scheduled, with clear knowledge and skill at diagnosis of problem and rapid repair for same. Excellent work as needed.
