Perfect Star was professional and efficient. They did a fantastic job diagnosing the issues with our 20+ year old unit and removing it. They installed our new system in a day and provided training on all components. They got us on the calendar within a week of us deciding to move forward. I was very impressed with the technicians and the installation. Emanuel was wonderful, as was Ray.
Nick Prater from Perfect Star Heating & Air Conditioning did a great job helping with tuning my Air Conditioner & Furnace Safety checks. He helped me to learn a few stuff and advised me on changes required.
Drew was on time. Kept me informed of everything he was doing. Found a potential future problem that he resolved on the spot. Answered my questions patiently. I signed up for the annual maintenance. Peace of mind knowing they will respond to any issues in 24 hours and they will call to remind me to schedule the annual maintenance. Very happy with Perfect Star.

Raymond and Devon from Perfect Star provided a routine maintenance service to our system as well as trouble shot and fixed a drainage issue. Jasper, the technician, was fine. He assessed the problem accurately and let me know about all the other issues I might attend to. Actually, he was very personable, which is extremely important in our economy and definitely much appreciated. It’s the pricing model and upcharge for labor, warranties, membership, and hidden fees that I’m most disappointed with, or at least skeptical of. Not a single person on staff seemed to be at liberty or able to disclose any information about price breakdown, and no one could furnish me with an itemized list. So I decided against services and spent over $100 bucks to simply confirm the issue I’d already suspected I had. I’m still glad I got the diagnosis and am able to precisely pinpoint the issue.
Martin did a great job for me. At first he thought it was the thermostat but I think there was a larger issue with the system. He worked with his team on the phone and resolved the problem. It took 2 1/2 hours. I appreciate the fact that he hung in there and figured out what was wrong. Thank you very much.
They were very open about the process and the costs without trying to upswell me to a system which is more than I need. the install was done by very professional and knowledgeable men who did the job quickly, expertly and cleanly. would have any of them back in my house to do work on the unit
Pushing me to purchase a new HVAC. I called them for a repair. They didn’t know what was wrong so they said a new unit would fix it. He also said refrigerant was not an issue. They kept my $115 diagnostic fee.
Perfect Star is the best HVAC company around. They are so responsive and do great work! I highly recommend them.

I reached out to Perfect Star after my neighbor had an AC unit installed. Enrique was my tech and he and his team did an amazing job. They were kind, timely, thorough, and extremely professional. They took their time to walk my family through all of the options we had and finished up service in just 2 days. I would definitely use them again and I strongly recommend this company. Update: I had a new roof put on and perfect star came out to make sure the Unit on the roof was back exactly where it should be.
They made this easy, Raymond was on time, personable, knowledgeable, and intuitive. He offered me multiple solutions that were based on my questions and having done some HVAC back in the Navy I knew he was legit. Thanks for the help
