You might read some of the other reviews on here and get scared but don't be. This was our experience and we couldn't be happier. We've been shopping around for someone to come out and replace our furnace because it runs our AC and it just couldn't keep up anymore. We called quite a few places and got quotes, but the only one we felt comfortable with was Integrity. Keith was our point of contact to begin with, he came out and talked with us about every little detail he could (where other techs we called out just came looked and said yeah replace it). Keith was here walking us through the nitty and gritty. He made sure that I understood what the problem was (our furnace was an original from when the house was built, and the blower couldn't handle the AC we had in. 4ton AC with a 3ton blower.). Keith then walked through the steps of what it would look like when they came and all the work they would do. Keith then sent us 3 different options of furnaces that would work for us and the prices as well as told us they offer financing. Keith you rock! Our next point of contact after selecting the furnace we wanted was Trisha in financing. She was great working with us round the clock to make sure we got everyone in and approved. She was timely, knowledgeable, and amazingly kind. Every time we talked she was just so professional. She was even able to get our furnace time scheduled to be installed in about two weeks from our initial signing of the contract. Next up we get to the Techs (Dennis and Jared) who had to work during the hottest week of the year so far. They made quick work of everything and had to raise the platform in order for the new furnace to reach, they had to install a new flex valve for the gas line, they had to put in a thermostat, they had to enlarge our air intake, and they had to redo our condensate pump line. While doing this they noticed that the previous pump line had been leaking into our floor and showed us where, had they not been here and on t
Do NOT use Integrity! They have horrible customer service, they do sloppy and messy work and they don’t finish the job on time and they demand full payment before everything is completed. I had to send a complaint to the labor board because they are that bad. My job still is not complete.
I’ve dealt with integrity for years in the solar industry so when I needed an a new heat and ac unit I knew who to call. Great price, professional install. They went above and beyond, even noticed I had a cracked outlet in one of the rooms so showed up the next day with a new outlet for me *****
Integrity installed 50 solar panels on my roof about 3 years ago. They were super nice and efficient. Things were going just fine until this past May 2022. At some point around then the mobile phone app (Enlighten) that they had me install so I could track my solar energy production on a daily basis, stopped working. I called up Keith at Integrity and he said “Don’t worry the solar panels are still working. It’s just your app that needs to be reset.” Ok. Fine. No big deal. No rush. I called them back about a month or so later because no one had come out to reset the system. They said I could do it on my own by calling Enlighten. I called them up and we tried to reset the system, but it didn’t work. Keith came out about a month later to check things out. He said I need some new part. He NEVER told me that in actuality my solar power system was not working. 2 months later the part came in and was replaced by Keith. I was never told anything else…but now in Sept 2022 the app on my phone was finally working again. I just got my yearly “true up” bill from REU (City of Redding electric). The past 2 years my annual bill was about $1000. This year it was $2700!! Turns out my solar panels had NOT been working from May to Sept. It wasn’t just my cell phone app that wasn’t recording. It was my entire system was down. Integrity lied to me and has now cost me over $1700. They did nothing for 5 months to rectify the situation. In addition they now will not reimburse me for what was clearly their error. This is very disappointing, and has changed my mind about the “integrity” of this company.
Will say what they need to get your money then you find out the truth.
Can not say enough about Integrity. The people are the BEST. kept me uodated on what was going on at all times. The office ladies always there to talk to me. And I love Dennis and Dawson great guys. Love ourGeneric generater .
Found this business from Angi's List, the ladies in the office were fantastic, the technician arrived at the time agreed on (my address is somewhat hard to find)--all were very caring, and professional---best service I've ever received, will certainly use again!! I also posted on Facebook re: the great service from the entire business
Integrity team is the best for solar, A/C and heat. Did a great job installing from start to finish. Main reason we went with them ,they also do service. Thanks
i bought a new standby generator at Costco and had it installed by Mikes' Affordable Electric . It worked fine for months but wasn't charging the battery due to a manufacturer error in the AC charger wire. I had the warranty work done by integrity , they sent out 2 young men that seemed to know almost nothing about my unit. Hey entire service call (all 5 service) calls they sat on 1800 generac number talking to customer service. They ordered parts 3 different times and the last time it was (4 different components) after months of repairs the unit charged again. Last week a car took out a pole and power went off at 1 am. By 7 am the generator was smoking and overheating . I called generac. They sent integrity here again 5 days later.. they arrive and refuse to even run diagnostic test because I accused them of doing the job incorrectly... then I
A unit they installed in a home that I purchased leaked into the ceiling and when they failed to fix it I was told the warranty on the unit wasnt valid because I wasnt the original purchaser even though the unit was only 2 years old.
They installed my whole house generator and did a great job, now I can’t wait for the power to go out, just kidding.
I called this company at 10 a.m. on a Sunday and by 230 they were fixing my A.C. in a 100 degree heat. Very professional and hard working.
$90 for a squirt of WD40 and to be told I need a new AC motor. No kidding, that's why I called for the repair. Then they don't have the right motor and won't have it for 5 days? I found the motor and capacitor locally and repaired myself SAME DAY.
Way too expensive you somebody else they want to charge $130 for a $20 thermostat ridiculous you think they could be better off Helping Seniors
So many issues with Integrity. Brand new system installed last year. 1. Put the AC unit right outside the main bedroom after I asked for it to be on the other side of the house. Installer stated “these things are so quiet you won’t hear it”. Sounds like a Jet Engine starting up. Wakes me up in the middle of the night. 2. Installed ceiling vents all wonky. Didn’t center them in rooms. Just tossed in. Left black marks all over recently painted ceiling. 3. *BIGGEST ISSUE* After the system was installed, immediately ran into power issues. Lights flickering, surges...etc. Technician stated it was his apprentices fault and he fixed it. He leaves and issues start up again. Call again! Get told that the technicians “aren’t electricians” and don’t know how to fix it. Come to find out, they put too many amps on the breaker and overloaded it. $2200 fix to an electrician on top of the already overpriced install. The kicker is, we asked beforehand if the breaker was good enough for the unit and were responded with a resounded “yes”. Anything for a sale. Look elsewhere.
Integrity's employee Drew is a tenacious, patient and competent repair person. He kept coming back to work on our stand-by generator consulting with the manufacturer until the generator was up and going. We had out first outage and the generator ran great.
Integrity installed a ductless mini split system for me in August of 2019. I am happy with the system itself. I live along Antelope creek and the water does come into the yard every couple of years so I asked that the unit be elevated more than a standard install so that water would not damage the unit. The estimator agreed and I was quoted a CONCRETE PAD for the unit to sit on. What I got instead was an unsightly box built out of pressure treated wood and plywood set in the dirt. I'm no genius but I know that even pressure treated wood will eventually rot in the dirt. I guess it was cheaper than concrete. When I called to get the problem corrected what I got from Integrity Solar was the runaround. It took days for someone to call me back. Then I was told that the building inspector told them to build a wooden box rather than use concrete (?) I was told that there are "reasons" why they have to do certain things. I told the job Supervisor that I was concerned that the wood, albeit pressure treat, would not last and that I would be responsible down the road for a costly do-over. He basically treated me like I was stupid. He said that the pressure treat is made for ground contact and that it might last 25 years. And this is how every conversation I had with him went( it should be noted that I went months without hearing from him..) until I finally asked to speak to the owner(s), which never happened. The owner(s) apparently didn't see a need to speak with an unhappy customer so they had the original estimator call me instead. Fast forward to February 2020. I still have a wooden box that is warping and cracking. Integrity found a large composite pad and sent installers out to place it under the box so at least the box isn't sitting in the dirt. The installers who came out were shocked when they saw the box and wanted to fix it correctly, but when they called their boss they were told to put the pad down, take a photo and leave. They did put some extra screws into the
Integrity installed a fabulous HVAC system and solar for us. They were professional, kind and responsive. We highly recommend them. They are good for their word. Our systems are working great.
Wonderful customer service, knowledgable and friendly technicians!
Integrity lost a customer today. Our swamp cooler stopped working. I knew it had to be a pump. I do not feel comfortable getting on the roof anymore so my wife called Integrity, who we have used before and who had installed it 12 years ago. The technician was here less than 1/2 hour and charged us $117. He took the bad pump out(unplug and remove 1 hose clamp) and routed the cooler through the other pump to get it working. He didn't have a replacement pump and suggested my wife get one from a local hardware store. He said he would not be able to install it since they didn't supply it. She paid $40 for a new pump. He quoted her $276 for a new pump! He also suggest we replace the pads. his quote was $721! I found them on line for $160, the same price I paid 2 years ago. Integrity completely ripped us off! $117 for less than a 1/2 hours work to tell us a pump was bad. We knew that, that is why we called them. Then didn't fix the problem, and would have ripped us off more if they had the right pump and pads in stock. I will never do business with them again.
