On the first 100+ degree day and the Friday before a long weekend and the Air Conditioner decides to quit working. I called Cascade and they were extremely polite and responsive. They were able to fit me in the same day. Turned out the AC had a bad capacitor and the technician was able to fix it at the time of the visit. Now the A/C is ice cold. Thank you Cascade Comfort Services for the amazing service!

Great Prices and Service! I had a new HVAC installed plus duct cleaning. The crew were kind, polite and quiet. The prices were great too. I would highly recommend Cascade.
The customer service was amazing! The receptionist was wonderful at working around my schedule and the text messages kept me informed and updated! Ben was the technician and he was kind, thoughtful and professional. He kept me updated on what he thought the problem was and quickly fixed the problem. He was exceptional! I highly recommend Cascade Comfort Service!

Another AC company said I needed to replace the entire unit, they just repaired it at a much more reasonable cost. They will be my first call in the future!

Cascade was a life saver! They were out the next day and quickly found the problem with our AC unit and immediately replaced the part with our approval. I would recommend and will use their services again if needed in the future.
Cascade Comfort has sold and installed 2 heat pump units for us in the 35 years we have owned our home. They always provide a good product at a competitive price and their service is great! We just had a Spring check-up done by their service tech Riley. He’s a keeper!!
Our Ac unit stopped working yesterday so I put in a request with Cascade Comfort. First thing in the morning they called and had a technician out that afternoon! He had it back up and running that day just in time for the hot weather. Thank you!

I have never not been satisfied w/Cascade Comfort Service in Anderson CA. Ben was great at his job. Super rapport w/the customer. Cooler only needs a new float. Will pick one up today so her can install that. I have used this co. for many years.
