Really professional, no bs up sell like others. Recommend them to all my family and friends. Won't hesitate to use them again if ever needed. So happy to have then as my goto company for all my hvac needs. Kinda wish their business involved more than hvac because I love working with them.
I had a great experience with West Coast Energy. They installed a condenser, high-efficiency furnace, thermostat, a new breaker, and repaired some existing duct. They showed up on time, completed the work as promised, and followed-up later to ensure everything was right and tight. Later, when another contractor damaged a duct in my attic, I called the people I trust to fix it. Having hired a couple bad contractors over the years, I appreciate WCE even more.
Have been using West Coast Energy for yearly maintenance and also to move my compressor location. Staff is always friendly and technicians are thorough and explain everything in detail.
Jacob was very professional and pointed out the issues with my air conditioning unit in words that I could understand. He offered several options and I trust that he will get the job done.
I met Patty in 2002 right when my mother had just passed away Patty was so amazing so kind so compassionate then she was able to get us air-conditioning right away because it was the hottest summer and we were suffering not only with grief but with heat as well everything was quick and fast and very expedient everyone was so professional so nice kind and we have dealt with Patty and West Coast energy for the last 18 years they feel like family they’re always very efficient whenever I call they are able to make appointments and come right away and problem solve and help us ! Whoever they have answering the phones is very nasty and rude. There is absolutely no need to be disrespectful, especially if you're representing your company. I wish i would have gotten her name. .....You're never too important to be nice sweetie!!!
Excellent service
Replaced our AC unit. The owner is great... Came over gave me a truthful explanation of my problem & even tips on small things I could do myself. After having a dozen of AC people over, could tell this guy was honest. If you need a new AC call these guys

Fast response, friendly manner (both receptionist and technician), prompt and successful repair. All in all: professional and reasonable Service.
