The technicians are very professional and provide an honest service summary. Nico came to service my AC unit today and he was very respectful and professional.
Showed up early (asked me if that was ok first of course), fully analyzed my AC unit and wiring, diagnosed potential issues, and fixed them all on the spot. AC was working when he left. Amazing service; highly recommended to anyone in the area.
A/C & heater work great and 1st Choice, as a company, is awesome! Everyone is so professional. The representative taking calls and scheduling, the installation crew, accounting, the technicians…all treat us as valued customers and we appreciate them. I always get a scheduled time with updates and confirmations and they follow up afterwards. I would recommend them highly!
