Our fourteen-year-old heating unit was making a noise we didn’t recognize, our air conditioner—same age—hadn’t been serviced in, um, years, and our thermostat (yup, fourteen), refused to accept that I HAD put in new batteries. It was time to call someone … but who? After some research, we settled on Sano, and I made the call. During the initial conversation with Justin, I felt confident I’d made the right choice. Informative, efficient, personable, and concise, Justin gave me pricing, what service they’d provide, scheduled a time, and thanked me for calling. Over the course of our service and installation of our new heating unit and thermostat, we met Stevie, Manny, Ivan, and Junior. We were impressed with, and confident of, them all! (And I’m certain you will be, too.) Each of them were just like Justin … informative, efficient, personable, and concise. They spent time answering our questions and provided an explanation of why the house was so dusty—and resealed all the vents so the dirt and dust in our attic from a reroofing wouldn’t blow out with the warm or cool air. They had respect for our home, our time, and our concerns, and they were all so pleasant and kind … I kind of miss them and their obvious sense of pride and dedication to their work. So, thanks to the Sano crew, we have a beautiful new heating unit, sealed vents, a tuned-up air conditioner, a thermostat that requires no batteries, and less dust! All at a price we found manageable and more than fair. Without reservations, I highly recommend Sano Heating & Air Conditioning, and thank them for their knowledge, integrity, and personality!

The work quality was excellent, workers were clean, considerate, on-time, and worked quickly and accurately. A full install of HVAC system including reducting took only 2 days. Excellent job by the team, very very happy with the end result!
These guys are great! Our AC stopped blowing cold air and we called Sano to come check it out. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Steve and Manny came out to see what the problem was with my system. They checked everything out and found out the previous owner had the AC system installed extremely poorly and showed me how bad it was. Our addict unit wasn't leveled and all our ducts were very very old and leaking. The compressor had been installed poorly as well by the previous owner and had leaked all the cooling fluid. I sat down with Manny and he gave me a couple very fair priced options to choose from. Once we chose they had us scheduled super fast! Angel and Jacob showed up a couple days later and they were super punctual showing up early than estimated! They go to work right away. They put down drop clothes along they path they would be working to keep our house clean. There was a small setback when they realized that out ducting was asbestos which they let me know about and they set up an abatement company to come out and remove it safely. They did continue working that day on the things that wouldn't disturb the asbestos ducting so they wouldn't waste anytime. The asbestos abatement was quick the next day and the day after that Angel and Jacob returned to finish the job! They worked hard and fast to finish up and to get out AC blowing cold again! Sano is a great choice for you AC repair with great pricing and great people!
Needed to replace an aging AC system with a bad compressor. Patrick arrived during the appointed time and thoroughly inspected our system and rooms they supplied. He explained in detail the different options and costs without pushing for the most expensive. I chose to replace our furnace as well with a heat pump system because it would be the most practical and best option in our case. They were able to get started the next day and arrived on time with a team of workers in 3 vans. They removed our old system and relocated the air handler unit in the attic for better access. They sealed our ducts and grills as well. They were able to finish in a day and a half which I think was quite good for the amount of work they had to do. I paid the quoted price. They were not the least expensive but I feel I got what i paid for. A quality system and installation.

They called a few weeks ago to let me know I'm due for their free maintenance visit. It was easy to book, they showed up on time and my system is ready for summer. Great company to work with.

Our system needed a complete overhaul. It was old and very inefficient. It was also extremely loud. I came to Yelp to search for some help and get a few quotes. Patrick was the first one to respond we scheduled for him to come and see what we have and quote us on what was needed. He was friendly and personable and clearly knowledgeable about heating and air conditioning. We then got a few more quotes. Some lower but the professionalism honestly resonated with us and we decided to roll the dice. Our job was completed in two days. Everything was removed and cleaned up. The day after the installation was finished we noticed something wasn’t connecting with the Google Nest that had been installed for the thermostat. Someone was there to look at it that day. The realized another part was need and it was fixes by the day after. This was a big cost for us and a big job that was long overdue. I am so pleased with the work done and I would recommend this team to anyone. They are absolutely the best at communicating with the customer and getting the job done with high quality and professionalism.

Patrick promised white glove service., that's why we hired Sano air. Accidents happen but attention to details and being careful while working in someones home needs to be a priority. He offered to pay for repairs. UPDATE: Sano air took care of the floor and it is now repaired. Patrick has integrity and his concern to make things right really shows. I would definitely recommend Sano Heating and Air.
