We used Power Pro Plumbing for a kitchen clog, and Efrain was great. He was on time, efficient, and courteous. Highly recommend for good service, quality work, and fair pricing!
Work done well on time
Mike V showed up to do our yearly Air Conditioning maintenance/service. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything that was going to be done with the HVAC service that day. We have 4 different air flow returns with different size filters. Although Mike did not have some of those filters, he took the time to go to a local store to purchase them and bring them back for me at no charge. Thank you for providing wonderful service, for being patient with all my questions and doing everything in a timely manner. I will definitely request for him next time.
Daniel showed up on time and he Was very efficient, professional, and knowledgeable.He diagnosed the problem, And serviced our HVAC system and it is running Perfectly again. we definitely would recommend their services. He was also very courteous and wore protective booties and a covid mask!
My mother had a leak in the kitchen sinks and called Power Pro Plumbing and they came right out to help. Adam and another young man was very knowledgeable and explained to us that the pipes were bad and took pictures to let us see exactly how bad it was underneath the house. And as for their customer service top notch i called for a copy of the invoice and Z was very helpful in emailing it to me. If we need anymore big plumbing jobs they are first on the list.
I just had Power Pro to check my A/C & Albert Gomez found the problem right away & corrected it. I recommend Albert Gomez to every one who uses Power Pro Heating & Plumbing.
3 times they haven't shown up with what they needed plus hours behind time slits..just bad
I had Jose visit my home to repair a leak under my kitchen sink. He was in-n-out in 30 minutes and did a fine job. Power Pro was more affordable than most, though not the cheapest. They came out same day when 3 other companies didn't, and did so within 2 hours of my call. I got a call when Jose was close, which I appreciated. Solid company, great service, good value, pleasantly professional for a plumbing company
We are so happy with the Amana air conditioning and heater system that Pro Plumbing installed. We also had a hot water heater installed and a new tiled shower installed in our bathroom! These scoundrels took advantage of me. I have a water heater that is under warranty so parts are covered and I’m only supposed to pay for labor. They are charging me $485 to do a job that takes an hour. After checking with two other water heater companies, the flat rate to complete this job is $190. They should be ashamed.
Horrible service. Plumbing team came over to diagnose a a leak and completely missed that a copper pipe had a radiator hose clamp with a rubberband on it. Team did a whole house leak test and tried to convince them to add a blow off valve to the exterior of the house. Also, tried to sell them on the idea of redoing the drainage for the water heater. After I spoke with the lead team member over the phone, he seemed defensive about the whole issue. He started saying that my parents did not tell him where the leak was at. After that, he said that his team had to be paid for the time they spent at our house which is completely unprofessional. Team could not find the leak and they just wanted to upsell my parents for everything. Attached is a radiator hose clamp on a copper pipe which clearly sticks out to the naked eye. Wasted $ 275 for them to tell us the obvious.

The first attempt to repair the plumbing problem was a total disaster. The second plumber sent was not a success, either. He waited for another plumber to come and lo and behold he had the key to solving the leak problem. Instead of opening up a long stretch of the wall, as the second plumber suggested, Luis Ramirez, rightfully said that it was not necessary. He and his assistant took over the job and very successfully, so far. ( I had the hole patched up, so far everything is dry in the Sarmiento's living room; and everyone is happy.)

Robert and David from Power Pro Plumbing handled our massive kitchen situation with utmost professionalism. A little clogged sink turned out to be a full on go through the wall operation during no less than Christmas Eve. Robert and David assessed the issue quickly and helped us to have a not so clogged and stressful Christmas. Million stars and a HUGE Thank you!!!
techs were professional and went above and beyond their duties to make sure i was taken care of. The company called the next day to make sure everything was good and that was much appreciated.
