I have been getting quotes and doing my research on the businesses offering same service. The reason we decided to go with NextLevel heating and cooling is because of the Best quote. Best finance option available. The customer service has been great dealing with Jose Valdez and his team. They were on time today. They showed up happy to work and happy to be here. Great and solid work. Installed HVAC variable speed system with smart thermostat. Not an easy job and they did deliver. Great crew, respectful and professional. Clean job overall. Would recommend.

We had an appointment on the 12th of Jan. Even though it rained the day before, the guys promptly showed up on the morning of Jan 12th. Owner Jose is extremely professional. $9700 for 14 sheer heater/AC TRANE. My only concern was, ac replacement area not leveled as promised. Also, we were given no packaging inserts for the new A/C and HEATER. We were only given Xerox papers for those big brand new items. We still need to register those parts but need the model # and serial # after Jose has a chance to give to us. In addition, not sure why the electrical box is AC/PRO instead of TRANE.

After a misunderstanding about the time for their initial visit, Jose came out himself to check out my heater issue. He was right on time and was super respectful. He was honest about the issue and although he got my heater to work (temporarily), he would not accept payment because he said he "didn't really do anything". He spent an hour on my roof, accessing the situation and trying everything to get it to work. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!
