It's my pleasure to share about the fantastic service I received today from NexGen HVAC & Plumbing, first from Clemente and Marco. They arrived on time, were friendly, professional and informative. They flushed my water heater, examined my all fixtures and plumbing, explained the current conditions of the faucets throughout the house, and tested my water from my tap and reverse osmosis system. Finally, they took photos and suggested a water system that will improve the filtration throughout my whole house. I highly recommend them for your HVAC and plumbing needs. I like to post a second review for Jason who came to inspect my HVAC system. He checked the unit inside and out, being thoughtful by asking which entrances to use, and answered all my questions about using my thermostat properly. He was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. I’m happy to rate his performance as excellent, as well as post his photo below. Thanks NexGen!
Dustin came by and did a great job cleaning my condenser, which was super clogged. He also checked my entire system and gave me detailed explanations on possible options for upgrades. They were on time and very thorough, can recommend!

I called NexGen for help with cleaning my sewer line. They were able to send someone the next day. David DeLarosa called in the morning to confirm the arrival time. He was right on time and ready to understand what help I needed. David was very professional and knowledgeable and gave me some options. He cleaned out my sewer line and then double checked his work to make sure the problem was solved. Will definitely recommend NexGen and ask for David DeLarosa for your plumbing needs.
NexGen had Michael A come out to my parents to fix a leak in the air conditioning system. He said it was a temporary fix to get us through the summer, and I appreciated his honesty. Didn’t feel like he tried to upsell us. Thanks, NexGen!

Michael came to my parents as we were redoing our roof and re did all the duct work. He was fast, detailed, and very friendly! The house stays much cooler now and if something goes wrong in the future we know who to call!
From the estimate to instalation this company was a plesure to work with. Daniel was great at exsplaining our options and go over the cost comparison of installing split systems as aposed to central air. Gave honest educated opions when asked and never tried to presure or upsell us. Pedro, Jene, and Hector where fast, curtious, and friendly while installing our system. They did a great job and with it starting to heat up its definitely money well spent.
Jason was wonderful to work with. He was so professional and educated me on the issues our AC was having. He did everything he could to tune it up before recommending the other work we needed done which he explained in detail. I would highly recommend using NexGen for any HVAC/heating-plumbing services!

Lost heat on 90+ weekend. Had a hard time finding someone to come by, and then Michael and NexGen saved the day for us. Super knowledgeable, respectful of the property, great communication, and solved our issue quickly. Very grateful and relieved.

7/1/23 Signed up for ac tune up package for $88...had Alex Garcia as our technician, he was on time, professional, and very through about his work and craftsmanship...I would recommend him again, thank you for a great experience
Marco provided us with honest feedback about our plumbing. He was timely, professional, and friendly. We would definitely recommend Nexgen for your plumbing needs. We also had Anthony Herrera conduct an AC tune up and full inspection. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.
Michael A came out for an inspection on my air conditioning system to see if it would be ready for the summer. The system was working well according to his inspection but he gave me some recommendations about upgrading the unit to the new refrigerant and also to get something that is more efficient. We decided not to move forward with anything yet, but we will definitely be using NexGen in the future when we decide to upgrade the unit. Thank you Michael and thank you NexGen!!
