Guaranteed Air is very professional, on time and did an excellent job installing our new Central AC & heat, We have continued to use them for our yearly maintenance as well! I highly recommend Clase & their workers. Excellent quality and service. Had a small issue with AC, Clase came out in a timely fashion and took care of the issue.
Clase was able to schedule a visit on a holiday weekend. He was able to quickly assess the problem, order and pick up the necessary part, and repair our AC unit so that it’s running like normal again. Very professional, courteous and highly recommended!
We will be lifelong Guaranteed Air customers. Clase and his team are so professional, honest, and do the best work! 7 years ago a company tried to take advantage of us and said our A/C was shot. Clase came out and fixed all the issues and our A/C is still going strong! A year later, one of our ducts was torn and they came out and fixed it the same day. Then we purchased a nest and Clase came out and installed it free of charge! We now only use Guaranteed Air for any of our A/C needs and the essential twice a year maintenance. I can’t say enough about this company! We will continue to use their services until we need a new unit and he will be our guy, hands down. We recently referred him to our neighbor and they were so impressed and comfortable with Clase from the start. They had two other companies come out and the estimates and customer service did not even come close! They are scheduled to have a new, furnace, A/C and ducting with Guaranteed Air, next week! Plus Clase suggested moving their unit in the attic and that’s what they are doing. This is such an awesome company! Call them, you won’t regret it!

Guaranteed Air replaced the motor for my attic fan. They did a great job.
Power surge blew out my thermostat and a fuse in the furnace. Called in the morning, all was repaired and operating by 2pm same day. Good price, great service

My AC went down over Labor Day weekend and they were the only ones to call me back. Clase was awesome and had my AC back up in less then 30 minutes. He was referred to me by my aunt and I HIGHLY recommend them!
Clase was wonderful. He identified the issue and fixed the problem right away. This is the second time he fixed by AC unit so I don’t have to replace it for a new one. I will definitely use his service again if I ever have an issue with my AC.
