WOW!! Now THIS is what I call exceptional client service! Jeremy arrived at my home within the timeframe provided by a phone call and from the start, I was so impressed. He is so courteous, friendly, easy to talk to, professional and SO KNOWLEDGABLE! Jeremy walked me through the entire process, it wasn't rushed, he took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions and even provided information that I didn't even know I needed! I didn't feel pressured to make a decision. He discussed all my options in great detail and ensured I understood all the various steps and overall process. We searched for a company to come in and fix our central AC/Heat and decided to go with Concept Air. Their prices were reasonable and fair but moreover their customer service was well above bar. They were honest and genuine which solidified that we went with the right company.
