My family had suffered many hot summer days relying on window air-conditioners for years so I decided to upgrade our home with a ductless air-conditioning system. I had several quotes from different companies but waited days for them to give me the final cost. Allen Puig showed up, inspected my house, sat down with me and in 30 minutes I had the total cost with several rebates. I was sold but needed to discuss my decision with my wife. We are now the very happy owners of a Fujitsu multi port ductless heating/cooling system. The installation crew showed up on time and went right to work. The installation only took two days to complete and they were a great bunch of guys. I would recommend Alps Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone in the market for a new comfort system to add to their home or business.
Nathan was fantastic. He was here to tune up my air conditioning unit and get it in top shape for the summer. He was fast and polite. He also put a new filter in for us. Thank you very much Nathan for the fantastic job you did.
These guys deserve your business, but we're all unworthy of theirs. Here's why: I had 5 companies provide estimates for a new HVAC -- Allen from Alps was by far the most detail-oriented and time-efficient. He also provided the best value estimate by a landslide -- it was the 2nd lowest price we got, yet it had the most comprehensive scope of work and warranty and the best equipment. The haulaway and install took under 2 days, during which I got to interface with 6 technicians. All six of them brought a fantastic attitude to work and was courteous of our property (towards the end of the workday, a couple of them did walk around in the house without boot covers, but considering how hard they worked and how few breaks they took, I can easily forgive them). From everything I've inspected so far following the install, their quality of work is professional -- probably explains why their warranty program is so good. Alps seems to be in high demand, but it didn't stop them from a same-day callout. Allen also bent over backwards to schedule the technicians in order for the install to be completed within the short timeframe that I was available.
Our experience with Alps Air Conditioning was exceptional from their salesman Joe to their installation team. There was greatcoordinatiobetween sales and installers, as the installers were clearly prepared to address all facets of the work needed at our house. This included some duct rejigging, upgraded grates, 1 year of service maintenance, and a great deal on a heat pump that we could activate at a later time when our older gas furnace chooses to die. They advised us that CA is changing regulations in 2030 and restricting new installations of gas appliances. Competitive rates and A Costco approved vendor too! Very impressed with their knowledge , experience and service, we highly recommend them!
We used Alps heating and air to install a new HVAC system 5 years ago and have yearly maintenance with them as well. The technicians were always on time, and professional. They even added freon for free when they detected a small leak. Highly recommended!
Newly (6/5/23) edited to add pictures to year old original review. Although now 6 yrs after install, and currently trying to diagnose intermittent furnace/ thermostat issue with Alps, I'm still happy with my bi-annual services and my new tech Alfredo. My new technical issue has nothing to do with the installation or the great service I've received over the years. Original review below....... About 5 years ago, I had my whole HVAC system replaced (including ducts) by Alps. Since then I have been on a bi-annual service contract and have been more than satisfied with the service I've received. Luckily there have been no real issues once everything was dialed in. Joey was my first point of contact in purchasing my system and I can't speak highly enough of him. My service tech for the last couple of years has been Alex, and the same goes for him. I actually request him every time I make a service appointment. Give Alps a try, I doubt that you'll be disappointed.
We just had our annual hvac system checkup performed by Alps and were very impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism of Alexis (their service technician). At the end of the process, he went over all of the components that he had tested and showed me the readings that he had obtained (which were all in acceptable range). The office even followed up by emailing pictures of all of the processes and readings that were performed. We highly recommend Alps for all of your HVAC needs.

We chose Alps AC and Heating for our homes air conditioning installation and are so happy we did. We had been considering adding AC to our home for over a year and after suffering through the brutal 2022 summer, we decided to pull the trigger. We had three providers give quotes, and after meeting with Joey at Alps, the choice was simple. Joey completed a full inspection of our space, and made a recommendation to get a small but powerful unit that would work best for our needs. He advised it was also one of the quietest on the market, which we appreciated as this was a concern. Joey recommended financing options which we capitalized on, and then his crew was out for instillation quickly thereafter. The Alps instal team was professional, punctual and courteous. Their team lead, Gus, was very informative and explained the agenda for the day and kept me in the loop as needed. They all did such a great job that I felt compelled to leave a review, which I rarely do. Thank you Gus, Emir, Wilmer and Ramiro…We love our AC! I highly recommend Alps, their product and their great team of people.

We have been using Alps for over 12 years when they installed Air-conditioning unit and furnace. Today Alexis serviced both units. He was very thorough , spending over 90 minutes to make sure everything is in working order. I always recommend Alps to friends and neighbors.
Alexis did the anual service check, he was very professional, worked clean (he used a mat under his workplace), friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the process by educating me about the deep cleaning of my AC, and also about the differences of filters for my furnace.
