My ac stopped working earlier this week. I called Albert Air. Their tech arrived in the windowed time, he quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it, while telling me what to do to avoid further issues.
I first used Albert Air in about 2000 II had a small house in Fullerton. I had them put in central heating. Went without a hitch. In 2008 we moved downtown to a 1920’s home. Albert Air installed central air conditioning and heat. A big industrial unit had to go on top of the house. It scared me, but it didn’t drop on the street. They are pros! Even though it was a difficult layout, they made it work. Now I am in my last place. The air conditioner broke. Yikes. I knew it was old and I was doing research and pretty sure I needed a new system. Luckily, John went to work and discovered it was my motor. Water had got through a broken seal. He called a shop he works with and they didn’t have my size motor. John then told me he had one on the truck that would work. My old unit was 1.8 horsepower. The one on his truck was 1.6. He thought it should work and asked if I wanted to try it. Yes please! Conclusion….it works great. I have a 3 month warranty on parts and a year of service. Albert Air(and John) saved me thousands I didn’t have. This is a family business and I can tell you the people are great. Call Albert Air first, you will be happy you did. Kristen

Great company, communication was super great. The dispatcher Barbara was on top of it. She got me in her schedule the technician John came out and fixed my AC great company and now they’ve become my go to for my HVAC services.

Nick came to our home and gave us a quote. He explained the process to have a new Heating System & A/C installed. He called to let us know what day and time his installers would be out. Nick came on the day of installation and showed his employees where everything was and what needed to be done. They showed up on time and were very polite. It was the first time in a very long time that someone came to do work at our home and that they didn't damage something else. I would highly recommend Albert Air Inc.
This was installation of 2 high efficiency heat pumps (SEER 21 and 22.5), replacing gas furnace/air conditioner systems, and replacing much of the ductwork. They did an excellent job, and were highly responsive when I imposed a number of requirements to make the systems and the home more easily maintained and to facilitate other future upgrades.
Professional, punctual, clean. It was easy doing business with them from start to completion. My new go to!
All I can say is this process was fantastic from start to finish. Nick came by and gave us a quote. Nick and three of his crew came by about 7:30 and they were done by noon. Don't have anything negative to say at all. Fantastic experience.

I needed a 1-ton mini split system replaced and the installation went smoothly without any issues. Would highly recommend & would definitely consider using for future mechanical system installation or maintenance.
Always receive good service and honest, knowledgeable assessments. They work on my house as well as our four commercial buildings. Very happy we switched a few years ago

Owner Nick Albert and his Crew did a Perfect removal and installation of my 3 Ton and 4 Ton AC/Heating systems. The work was completed in two days as promised and the crew clean up everything as required. The price for the premium units was much lower than many other competitors with ac units of less quality. I love my CARRIER AC-FURNACE UNITS.
Albert Air exceeded my expectations on every level of the project. I had Albert Air do an entire HVAC upgrade, including a full attic duct work replacement and the addition of three ceiling air vents. Nick Albert came out and began the project by making an assessment of my existing system. The three previous contractors simply looked at our old system and quoted a new system based on the technical specs of our existing compressor. Upon Nick's inspection, he found that the duct work was undersized for the compressor and the compressor was oversized for the layout and square footage of our home. Once Nick designed the proper system, he and his team showed up on time, were extremely clean, courteous and quiet. They spent a total of three days at our home. Each morning they showed up within the window of time they scheduled. They also laid down tarps to ensure our carpeting remained clean. At the end of each day, they cleaned up and left our home as they found it. Their installers are "company employees" who clearly model the values and customer respect attitude of their family-owned business. I received a total of three quotes. Albert Air was right in line with the cost of the other three contractors. I highly recommend Nick and Albert Air.
Albert Air did an outstanding job! The technicians were conscientious and professional. Really easy to have in the house. Nick kept me abreast of everything before, during, and after the installation. I’m so glad I found this company. They really go above and beyond. Needless to say, they have an excellent product (Carrier), too. The price was fair and the service was superb. I highly recommend them!

I did a spreadsheet of 6 companies. Nick Albert was the best price for the Carrier HVAC equipment. But, most importantly, his company did a superb installation and follow through. The City inspector even noted the great job. Thanks for making the process easy.
