We had a great experience using this company. Booking the appointment was easy. We got a call 30 minutes before our appointment time. As well as some reminder text messages, which were very helpful. The technician was extremely professional. He made recommendations and follow through with all of his commitments. We would definitely use this company again.
Thanks Mark. Over 10 years of service to our Central heating/AC. I cannot say enough about you and Air Concepts. Corrected minor problems and gave a list of potential problems as our unit ages. Suggested we purchase a service package that will help defer some of the costs of future repairs. Five stars.
We had made an appointment to get an estimate for a new air conditioner. Kelly came and looked at our current unit assessed and reviewed the options and leaving information with the options. She said she would get several estimates to us. Kelly was very professional, knowledgeable and very easy to speak to. Mark was great. He was thorough in explaining everything. I haven’t serviced my air conditioner for 11 years but he went through a whole system check.
It was very easy to schedule the appointment. Kelly is very knowledgeable and listens to our concerns. She was thorough in her inspection of the existing AC in order for her to make recommendations. Excellent first impression- polite, knowledgeable and professional

Mark did a thorough job for our AC and Heat maintenance. He checked all the system components, replaced filters, hosed outside of condensers, and tested AC and Heat. He was cooperative and patient.

Once again, Mark came to my rescue. My heater had gone out. It was very cold inside the house. Mark came right out, repaired the problem and also ordered a new circuit board. He also got back with me with a text letting me know everything that had transpired and will also let me know as soon as the circuit board comes in and will replace it. My husband had fallen asleep while Mark was working. Mark didn’t want to wake him up, and that’s why he sent me the text, which I thought was very thoughtful. Air Concepts customer service is above and beyond. Excellent!

This is the 3rd visit from Air Concepts. I received a text telling me when they would be here and they were on time. The best part is, they checked the AC and changed my filter, but they did not try to sell me anything
